Abstract

PURPOSE:To stably and easily perform the size processing of the terminal by integrally fixing the terminal section of multiple round type electric wires with a fixing tape, cooling the fixing tape depositing and heating section of respective deposited and fixed round type electric wires to the proper temperature, cutting them, and peeling insulating cover layers. CONSTITUTION:The preset portion of the terminal section of multiple round type electric wires arranged in parallel at the preset interval is integrally fixed by a fixing tape 14, the fixed tape depositing and heating section 4 of respective round type electric wires 15 deposited and fixed by the fixing tape 14 is cooled and out, insulating cover layers are peeled to expose electric wire conductors 17 for terminal processing. The fixing tape 14 is thereby prevented from being peeled off thus causing unstable cutting during the cutting and peeling process, and the size processing of the terminal can be stably and easily performed.

Conventionally, in this type of flat multicore electric wire, the distance between the electric wire conductors arranged in parallel is determined and fixed by a common insulating coating layer along the entire length. By the way, when actually used for wiring, it is only the terminal part that requires lining up multiple wires at a predetermined interval, so after cutting the multiple wires to the required length, each A method of manufacturing a flat multi-core electric wire has also been attempted, in which the terminals are lined up at a predetermined interval, fixing tape is attached to only the terminal parts to fix them together, the wire at the fixed part is cut to the required length, and the insulation coating layer is peeled off. .

The conventional wiring method involves arranging multiple wire ends at predetermined intervals and attaching fixing tape only to the ends to fix the wires in one piece. After cutting the wires to a predetermined length, the intervals are fixed at the end parts. In order to fuse the tape for use with wires, it is common practice to manually perform tasks such as cutting the wires, peeling off the insulation coating, arranging them in parallel, and pasting and fusing the fixing tape, which increases manual labor and streamlines wiring work. The problem is that it is difficult. Furthermore, with conventional flat wires that have a common insulation coating layer over their entire length, it is not only inconvenient to wire, but also requires manual labor to peel off the coating at the terminal end and expose bare conductors, which is undesirable. According to the manufacturing method, each terminal is lined up at a predetermined interval and a fixing tape is applied only to the terminal end to fix the wire integrally. The wire is heated at the tape fusion part and is supplied to the cutting and stripping process before it has cooled down sufficiently. Therefore, there is a problem that the cutting becomes unstable during the cutting/peeling process, and it is difficult to process the end to a predetermined size.

The present invention solves the conventional problems by arranging round ring electric wires in parallel at predetermined intervals, fixing the terminal parts integrally with a fixing tape, and fixing each round ring electric wire by fusion with the fixing tape. This method provides a manufacturing method for flat multi-core electric wires that cools the fusion heating section and stably and easily processes the terminal dimensions of exposed wire conductors by cutting and peeling off the insulation layer. After supplying the ring wires and passing the round wires through the battens, they are arranged in parallel with a distance maintained between them through the wire arrangement section.
In the method for manufacturing a flat electric wire by fixing the distance between the end portions of the circular electric wires arranged in parallel with a fixing tape supplied from a tape fusion part, a predetermined portion is fixed with the fixing tape. The formed flat multi-core electric wire is fused and fixed with a fixing tape through a cooling section. After the heated electric wire is cooled, the ends of the flat multi-core electric wire are cut and peeled using a fusion tape adjustment cutter. Cut it to the specified length according to the section,
It is characterized by comprising a step of peeling off the insulation coating layer of the round ring electric wire at the end of the cut flat multicore electric wire to expose the conductor of the round ring electric wire, and in particular, a heated electric wire fixed by fusion bonding. It is characterized by cooling to around 20°C.

The present invention uses a fixing tape to integrally fix predetermined portions of the end portions of a plurality of round ring electric wires arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals, and each round ring electric wire fused and fixed with the fixing tape. This method involves cooling the heating part of the fixing tape fusion and processing the ends to expose the wire conductor by cutting and peeling off the insulating liquid and thin layer, so the fixing tape peels off during the cutting and peeling process, making it difficult to cut. It is possible to manufacture a flat multicore electric wire through a series of steps, which does not become unstable and allows stable and easy dimensional processing of terminals. Examples will be described below based on the drawings.

Through the above process, the predetermined parts of the terminal parts of multiple round electric wires arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals are fixed together with the fixing tape, and also fixed by heating and fusing with the fixing tape. After the round ring wire terminal is cooled to a temperature of approximately 20°C, it is cut into lengths for connection and the insulation coating layer is peeled off to expose the conductor. Unstable separation and cutting can be avoided, and a flat multi-core electric wire can be manufactured in a series of steps in which the dimensional processing of the terminal can be performed stably and easily.
