The low-toxicity aqueous emulsion agricultural chemical composition according to claim 1, which is of a type having the ability to stabilize a dispersed phase having a constant emulsified particle size in an aqueous medium. 6. Component stabilizers include phosphoric acid, organic acids or their salts, constant hydrogen ion concentration regulators such as alkanolamines, antioxidants such as phenol-based, sulfide-containing, amine-based, and phosphite-based antioxidants, aminobenzoic acid-based, and salicylic acid. UV inhibitors such as benzophenol-based, triazole-based, substituted acrylonitrile-based, cod liver oil, etc., UV scattering agents and thickeners such as inorganic silicic acid fine powder, active group reactivity of epoxy fatty acid esters, epoxidized oils, glycidyl compounds, etc. The low toxicity water emulsion pesticide composition according to claim 1, wherein the stabilizer is selected from the group consisting of stabilizers. 7. 2. The low toxicity water emulsion agricultural chemical composition according to claim 1, which is selected from highly water absorbent polymers such as polyacrylic acid type, polyvinyl alcohol/polyacrylic acid type, and isobutylene/maleic acid type.
