Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the carrying in an oven to intermittent carrying and to gain drying time of a coated material by providing a loading device for successively collecting and loading the prescribed number of the coated material into a drying line inlet to the drying feed line. CONSTITUTION:A drying feed line 3 is provided with a feeding orientation carrier part 11 for successively feeding the coated materials sent from a coater 2 to a drying oven 4 side and also collecting them as a prescribed plurality of pieces in one end side thereof, orientating and allowing them to remain on standby. This carrier part 11 is provided with an oven inlet-side transfer device 12 for simultaneously collecting and feeding a plurality of orientated coated materials to the direction orthogonal to the carrier direction. Furthermore it is provided with a loading device 13 for successively collecting and loading the materials to be carried which have been fed from the transfer device 12 to the drying line inlet of the drying oven 4. Furthermore a drying takeout line 5 is a carrier part in the oven which is interlocked with the loading motion of the loading device 13 and intermittently operated and it is provided with a receiving device 19 for successively collecting and receiving the coated material discontinuously sent from the drying line outlet.

The loading device 13 consists of a wire conveyor that can be moved up and down by the operation of a staller (not shown), and photoelectric switches P5 and P6 are installed at both front and rear ends of the conveyor to confirm the transfer and arrival of the pallet group 10. It is being Therefore, first, this loading device 13 rotates its wire at the same time as the transferring device 12 is fed, so that it receives the object to be coated that is fed from the device 12 as it is, and further feeds it in the direction of the drying oven 4. . Then, when the normal transfer and arrival of the object to be coated is confirmed by the front tile switches P5 and P6, the feeding thereof is stopped. Once the stop is confirmed, the workpieces are first loaded into the two-tier drying line according to a pre-programmed sequence. That is, after the feeding is stopped, the 7-tar is activated and the device 13 is raised. When you reach the rising point,
The wire is rotated again and the object to be coated is sent to the upper drying line. Once the feeding is complete, it returns to its original state and waits for the next group of pallets to be filled with rice. The next group of pallets is sent to the lower drying line according to the programming. Then, it is sent to the upper drying line again. By repeating this process, the transfer device 1
The objects to be coated sent from 2 are alternately distributed to either the upper or lower drying line entrance of the drying oven 4 and loaded one after another.

On the other hand, the drying oven 4 has a supply duct 14 and a discharge duct 1.
A circulating drying duct consisting of 5 is formed, and hot air heated to a predetermined temperature by a heating VC device 16 is supplied into the furnace through a 7-amp 17. As described above, a plurality of multi-stage drying lines are formed in the furnace, and in this embodiment, a wire conveyor-type in-furnace conveying section 18 consisting of two stages, upper and lower, is provided. That is, near the furnace exit of each of the upper and lower transport sections 18, there is a charging switch P7 that stops the operation of the transport section 18 after confirming that the pallet group 10 carrying objects to be coated has reached the furnace exit.
.. P8 is provided. Therefore, these upper and lower conveyance sections 18 are started and moved forward in conjunction with the loading operation of the loading device 13, that is, the driving of the wires that send the objects to be coated to each drying line, and along with this forward movement. The pallet group 10 located at the head of the furnace approaches the furnace outlet and its operation is stopped by sensing the switches P7 and P8. This suspension of operation continues until a new pallet group 10 is loaded, and this is repeated alternately by the upper and lower conveyor sections 18, so that the objects to be coated are intermittently conveyed in the upper and lower drying lines. Therefore, in each drying line, until a new pallet group 10 is loaded at the line entrance, that is, until the other drying line is loaded after that loading, and then until there is a new loading again. During this period, the transport section 18 is stopped, allowing time for the object to be coated to dry. Therefore, the more the number of pants (10) to be aligned in the alignment and conveyance section 11, and the greater the number of drying lines formed in the drying oven 4, the more drying time can be gained. , the length of the heavy industry drying furnace 4 in the drying line direction can be shortened and made compact.

First, the receiving device 19 will be explained.
It consists of a wire conveyor that can be moved up and down by a beam 7ter (not shown) and is programmed to take movements that correspond to the movements of the loading rig RF113. Therefore, when the loading device rI113 moves down -L to load objects to be coated into the upper drying line, it moves up and down in accordance with the timing, and in response to the loading operation on the furnace inlet side, the furnace exit It is designed to perform receiving operations on the side. In this way, the receiving device 19 can sequentially receive the objects to be coated which are alternately and intermittently delivered from either the upper or lower drying line at the furnace outlet. Also, this reception lr! A charging switch P9 and PIO are also provided at both the front and rear ends of the furnace 119, so that the normal passage and arrival of the objects to be coated sent out from the furnace can be confirmed.

That is, the transfer device 20 is composed of wire conveyors installed so as to overlap each other in the direction of the roller conveyor of the conveyance section 21, and each wire is parallel to each roller of the conveyance section 21. , and is positioned slightly below them. Therefore, when feeding from the receiving device 19 is started, the wire is raised by the operation of a shilling (not shown) and is rotated, thereby transporting the object to be coated fed from the device 19 to the conveying section. Take it out in the 21st direction. The pallet group 10 of the objects to be coated which has been taken out is connected to both limit switches L4. When L5 is pressed, normal removal is confirmed and the wire starts lowering. Due to this lowering, the pallet group 10 carrying the objects to be coated is separated from the wire and placed on the rollers of the conveying section 21,
Thereafter, the same roller sequentially sends out the paper in a direction perpendicular to the take-out direction. The sent-out object to be coated is finally taken out at an arbitrary point on a line 5 that is bent along the drying oven 4.

(Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the detailed description above, according to the paint drying VC apparatus of the present invention, the in-furnace conveyor is operations will be suspended. Therefore, the inside of the furnace is transported intermittently, and the drying time of the object to be coated can be substantially increased. Furthermore, the operation stop time can be adjusted depending on the number of pallet groups to be lined up and waiting in the alignment conveyance section, or whether the number of drying lines formed in the drying oven is one stage or two or more stages. The drying oven can be made compact to any size depending on the size of the space in which the drying oven is installed.
