Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the present preservation chamber capable of prolonging the preservation period, by forming a specific closed space at the back of a drawer slidably placed in an outer casing and connecting the bottom of the drawer with the closed space. CONSTITUTION:A closed space 3 increasing the volume according to the drawing of a drawer is formed at the back of a drawer 1. A bellow bag 7 is extended according to the expansion of the closed space 3 and the air in the inner space 4 is pushed into the bellow bag 7 through an air-vent hole 5 and a channel 6 by the outer air. When the drawer is pushed into the casing, the air transferred into the closed space 3 is returned into the drawer. Accordingly, the same air is retained in the drawer after opening and closing the drawer.

In the conventional storage for vegetables, etc. (hereinafter abbreviated as storage), as shown in Fig. 5, when drawer 1 is pulled out,
Since the gap 8 on the back side was open, external air flows into the space 3 on the back side through the gap 8 due to the negative pressure inside the space 3 on the back side that occurs when the drawer is pulled out. This flow causes the air in the interior space 4 of the drawer 1 to be exchanged with the outside air. In addition, when the storage box body l is pushed into the outer box 2, the positive pressure in the space 3 on the back side causes the internal space 4 to
The air inside is pushed out and replaced with the air in the space 3 on the back. That is, each time the storage is opened and closed during use, the air around the objects to be preserved, such as vegetables, is renewed.

As a result, air with a gas composition favorable for preservation, such as low oxygen concentration and high carbon dioxide concentration, which appears due to the respiration of vegetables etc. in the sealed storage room, mixes with the outside air every time the storage room is opened and closed. It will be replaced. Also, the inside of the storage is usually cooled, and this low-temperature air is also replaced with high-temperature air outside the storage. Due to these factors, conventional storage facilities have the drawback of short storage periods.

The gist of the present invention is that a drawer is slidably housed in an outer box, a closed space is formed at the back of the drawer whose internal volume increases as the drawer is pulled out, and the closed space and the bottom of the drawer are It is a storage for vegetables, etc., characterized by being formed by communicating with the

An example of a storage according to the present invention is shown in FIG. That is, the drawer 1 is slid into the outer box 2 and pulled out, and the periphery of the back plate 9 of the drawer 1 is kept substantially airtight with the inner surface of the outer box 2. Thus, the back of the back plate 9 of the outer box 2 becomes a sealed space. The bottom part 10 of the drawer 1 is double-layered, and the inner plate 12 thereof is provided with ventilation holes 5. The space between the inner plate 12 and the bottom plate 11 communicates with the closed space 3 via the conductive portion 6 of the back plate 9.

Further, FIGS. 2 to 4 show other embodiments. That is,
A telescopic bellows-shaped bag 7 is connected to the back of the back plate 9 to constitute the sealed space 3.

One end of this bellows-shaped bag 7 is hermetically connected to the back plate 9 of the drawer 1 and moves in the same way. The other structure is almost the same as that of the previous embodiment, and as described above, the inside of the bellows-shaped bag 7 and the space at the bottom IO of the storage box body 1 are in communication with each other.

FIG. 3 shows a state in which the object 13 is stored and the drawer l is closed. When the drawer 1 is pulled out from this state by pulling the handle 14, the sealed space 3 at the back of the back plate 9 expands as shown in FIG. The pressure inside the sealed space 3 inside the bag 7 is lower than the outside pressure. For this reason, the outside air flows from the interior space 4 inside the drawer 1 through the ventilation hole 5 and the conductor 6 into the bellows bag 7. Conversely, when the drawer 1 is pushed back, the pressure in the sealed space 3 inside the bellows-shaped bag 7 rises, and the air that has moved into the sealed space 3 is forced into the conductive part 6.
, returns to the drawer 1 through the ventilation hole 5. In this way, the air in the drawer 1 remains the same even after the drawer 1 is opened and closed. In the drawings, white arrows indicate air flow, and hatched arrows indicate the direction of movement of the storage box body 1.

In addition, in the first embodiment, the explanation of the air movement situation was omitted, but the operation in which the air in the internal space 4 moves between the closed space 3 and the closed space 3 is the same as in the second embodiment. Since the bellows-shaped bag 7 is not used, the airtightness of the moving air may be poor.

A low temperature of 3-5°C is best, and a humidity of 85-95%.
For RHO high humidity and gas composition, it is said that an oxygen concentration of 5 to 10% and a carbon dioxide concentration of several percent are good.

By the way, the oxygen concentration in the composition of normal air is about 21%.
The carbon dioxide concentration is 0.03%, and the environment suitable for preservation is a low oxygen, high carbon dioxide state. It is important to maintain these conditions, but according to the storage cabinet of the present invention, the air condition inside the drawer 1 hardly changes even when opening and closing operations are performed to take out and take out stored items, and the condition of the air inside the drawer 1 remains in good condition. can be maintained and the storage period can be extended.

The means for maintaining each state are as follows. Low temperatures can be obtained by cooling with a refrigerator, and the three factors of high humidity, low oxygen concentration, and high carbon gas concentration are caused by the vegetables and other stored items consuming surrounding oxygen through respiration and turning into carbon dioxide. Since it is converted to water vapor, it can be achieved without using any special equipment as long as it is in a closed space.
