Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance a strength to bending by a method wherein, a metal cover having an insulating coat on the surface is folded back at the end part thereof, and the metal-exposed end part thereof is bent into a card by more than a specific dimension from the end part of a card. CONSTITUTION:The periphery of a card body 1 is made of a resin frame such as PBT. A cover 2 is a metal, such as stainless steel and aluminum, having a thickness of 0.1-0.2mm. To the surface of the cover 2, a transparent resin coat is applied after the application of a company emblem and some design. This cover has a U-shaped bent part in the end part thereof. 様にカバーを取り付ける。この曲げ込み部mを0.5 
mmとした。この方法だとカバーの曲げは一段ですみ加
工コストを安価にすることが出来る。また実施例1と同
様に金属面が露出しないのでもちろん静電防止効果もあ
る。
