Claims (1)
- 貫通孔にリード線を挿入するとともに、外周に
抵抗線を巻回し、該抵抗線の一端部を前記貫通孔
に挿入して前記リード線との重ね合わせ部を形成
した棒状の保持部材を容器に収納し、該容器に熱
伝導率の大きい絶縁材料製粉末を充填してなるヒ
ータであつて、前記リード線が、あらかじめその
先端部を前記保持部材から突出して配置されてな
るヒータ。
