When attempting to continuously form each part of a building such as floors, walls, and roofs using these architectural panels, adjacent panels are joined by joining the frames together on the back side. If there is a space on the side where the welding operation can be carried out, or if this is open, then the welding can be carried out.

However, on the other hand, for example, the inventor's patent application No. 61-159
As in No. 107, only the roof part of the existing building is removed (in other words, the ceiling and other interior parts remain intact), and in place of this roof part, a back room with living, storage, etc. space is installed. When constructing a new roof structure, it is possible to arrange the above-mentioned architectural panels in a continuous manner when installing the floor, but if they are joined together, the above-mentioned ceiling will become an obstacle, etc. This cannot be done more easily.

For this reason, for example, in the case of a floor construction panel in which structural plywood panels are stretched over a wooden frame, it is possible to connect the panels by nailing them in an inclined manner from one side of the surface to each adjacent frame layer. However, in the former case, it is impossible to confirm that the nails have reached the frame from the panel and bent, so it is important to ensure that the nails are securely fastened. In the latter case, the cost of the processing would increase.

For this reason, the use of architectural panels is limited to areas where the above-mentioned joining work can be performed, and in areas under certain conditions, this has to be abandoned and individual on-site work has to be done.
Including these, it is extremely difficult to make flannel.

As shown in FIG. 2, the building panels 1 are successively installed to form a floor 18. That is, when building panels are sequentially placed on the beams 17 in the vertical or horizontal direction in a predetermined area, the structure of the building panel 1 is placed on each remaining exposed portion 5, 9 of the frame 2 in the adjacent building panel 1. Each building panel 1 is joined by overlapping the projecting ends 11 of the structural plywood 10 and fixing them with nails 12 from the surface side of the structural plywood 10. At this time, since the width of the remaining exposed parts 5 and 90 and the width of the protruding end 11 of the structural plywood 10 are each 2 inches, the structural plywood 10 is laid continuously to form the floor surface without any gaps. It reaches the end. Each anti-fall 7... abuts against the adjacent jointed long frame material 4, but this has an end face of 2 x 6 inches, and the above-mentioned is the remaining exposed portion 5 of the jointed long frame material 4. Since it is nailed, it can be kept in contact as it is, especially when
It has sufficient strength even if it is not nailed to the jointed elongated frame material 4.

Figure 3 shows the above-mentioned state in which the old roof of the existing building has been removed and beams 17 have been installed via architraves 16 on the girders 14 of the existing frame structure, with the ceiling 15 remaining as an obstacle to work. floor 1
An example in which 8 is configured is shown below. As shown here, at both ends of the floor 18, the building panels 1 are not used as they are, and at one end, the bonded long frame material 4 is not used, and a single length is used. It is sufficient to use a building panel 19 with an open frame on one side made of elongated frame material, and to provide elongated frame material 20 on the other end to receive the protruding end 11 of the structural plywood 10 in a superimposed manner. It is easily understood. In the figure, 13 is a pillar, and 21 is a building panel that constitutes a wall.

At this time, the anti-fall 7... should be thinner than the long frame material 3, and the remaining exposed portion 5 of the joined long frame material 4 should be directed upward, and the anti-fall 7... should have a cross-sectional shape. The matched notch receivers 6 are installed at a predetermined spacing between anti-fall holders 7, and each anti-fall 7 is inserted into and placed on the notch receivers 6. In the construction of the building panel 1, a structural plywood 1o is stretched on the open side of the one-sided open frame 2 to the same length as the end of the anti-fall 7.

By the way, in the building panel of the present invention, when the panel is also installed on the back side, it is sufficient to attach and fix a single panel to the back side after consecutively installing the building panels.
Therefore, the present invention can be used not only for the above-mentioned floor and other areas where work is obstructed, but also for various parts of buildings, including, for example, later-installed indoor partitions. The dimensions are not limited to those of Sansui, but by setting a number of dimensions with different aspect ratios and sizes, its versatility can be sufficiently ensured.

Of course, the material of the building panels is not limited to the wood-based ones mentioned above, but may also be made of metal such as steel, aluminum, synthetic resin, etc., with plasterboard or metal or synthetic resin panels stretched over a frame. In these cases, the overlapping fixation of the open side panel end and the exposed remaining part of the joined long frame material is as follows:
This can be done using a bolt, a rehenot, or the like.

By the way, the joined long frame material is formed by using a plurality of long frame materials having appropriate width dimensions and joining them together in a polymeric manner. It goes without saying that the joining method is not limited to nails, and that other joining means can be used. If the joining line cannot be used as a reference when stretching a panel with a portion of the remaining exposed portion, it is convenient to set a reference line or the like there. Note that the remaining exposed portion does not necessarily have a width of % of the length of the joined long frame material, but it is necessary to configure it to have a width sufficient for joining during continuous installation.

Furthermore, when the above-mentioned orthogonal member is fixed,
The receiving part should have a specific shape such as a dovetail groove, and the end of the orthogonal material should be aligned with this so that it can be fitted to prevent it from coming off.On the other hand, if it is sufficient to simply support the load as in the case of the floor above, Even if the notch receiving part is expanded in the longitudinal direction to absorb the height of the orthogonal member, it may be possible to prevent it from fitting into the receiving part on both sides, and the receiving part may be expanded in the depth width of the part. The width of the panel does not match the width of the long frame material, and may be made smaller than this, but in this case, the panel will naturally protrude by the difference in lateral width on the open side of the frame.

(Effects of the Invention) As described in 2 below, the present invention includes a plurality of long frame members joined together in a superposed manner, and a plurality of orthogonal members joined together in a butt-like manner on one side of the joined long frame members. A frame with an open side on one side is formed, and a panel is stretched on the surface of the frame by leaving a part of the bonded long frame material as a residual exposed part, and the bonded long frame material of the adjacent frame is attached at the end of the open side panel. Since it is characterized by being able to be polymerized and fixed onto the exposed remaining portion of the frame material, when installing it in a predetermined area of the crop, it can be done by joining from the front side, and no joining work from the back side is required. Because it is not necessary, even if there are circumstances that make it impossible to perform the work on the rear side of a particular part of the building, it can be done simply using architectural panels in the same way as other parts, without relying on individual on-site work. Moreover, the joining operation can be carried out reliably. Therefore, it becomes possible to increase the rate of building panels and use them in all parts.
