炊き上げ、この後適宜に冷えたら米麹を加えて周知の方
法により、培養のための蛋白質源として利用する甘酒を
作る。また、馬鈴薯の皮を炊き上げ、この汲水を適宜に
加えて温度の低下を図ることにより、馬鈴薯の皮に繁殖
している醗酵促進作用や殺菌作用等を有する納豆菌を含
むものを得る。さらに、牛糞に水21を加えて炊き上げ
、この汲水1j!を加えて温度を低下させ、数時間放置
して汚物が沈澱したら、牛糞に繁殖している繊維分解能
