ヨーク外周部とハウジング内周によつて位置決め
を行なうべく、一方のヨーク外径を他方のヨーク
外径より大きくしたことを特徴とする磁性流体シ
ール装置。 (2) 軸方向に着磁した環状磁力源と、前記磁力
源の両端面に配置され磁力源を挾む環状のヨーク
とを有し外輪と、内輪と、前記外輪および内輪の
間に配置されたころとを備えたベアリング内に取
り付けられた磁性流体シール装置において、ハウ
ジングに固定する際、一方のヨーク外周部とハウ
ジング内周によつて位置決めを行なうべく、一方
のヨーク外径を他方のヨーク外径より大きくした
ことを特徴とする磁性流体シール装置。 (3) 軸方向に着磁した環状磁力源と、該環状磁
力源の両側に配置された環状ヨークとを有し軸並
びにハウジングが透磁性材であり、且つハウジン
グと、軸が透磁性材の軸受で支持されている磁性
流体シール装置において、一方のヨーク外径を磁
力源外径より大きくしてヨークとハウジングを固
定し、ヨーク内径を磁力源内径と同じか若しくは
、磁力源内径より大きくし、他方のヨーク外径を
磁力源外径と等しいか若しくは、小さくし、内径
を磁力源内径より小さくしたことを特徴とする磁
性流体シール装置。 (4) 半径方向に着磁した環状磁力源と、前記環
状磁力源に接着された透磁性の環状ヨークを有す
る磁気ユニツト。 (5) 半径方向に着磁した環状磁力源と、前記環
状磁力源に隣接して配置された透磁性の環状ヨー
クと、前記環状磁力源と環状ヨークとの間に配置
された非磁性のスペーサとからなる磁気ユニツト
。 (6) 内輪、外輪、グリスシール用の透磁性のシ
ールド及びころを有するベアリングに取り付けら
れる磁性流体シール装置において、一枚のシール
ドと、一枚の環状磁力源と、一枚のシールドとと
