As is well known, a single-sliding window has a movable shoji that can be pulled horizontally from side to side and a fixed shoji that is inserted into the window frame, and is used in places that are not opened and closed frequently for the purpose of letting in light, such as bathroom windows. be done. By the way, in cold regions or areas where there is a lot of noise, this type of window needs to have shoji (shoji), also called double sash, fitted inside and outside. In order to meet this demand, it is possible to install double-glazed glass or double-sided shoji inside and outside, but if you install double-sided shoji inside and outside, problems will arise with the fixed shoji side of the single-sliding window. If both the inner and outer shoji on the fixed shoji side are fitted tightly together, it will not be possible to achieve the perfect sealing quality of double-glazed glass, so condensation will accumulate on the glass on the outside side, and it will not be possible to remove the condensation. . In that case, it would be possible to form the fixed indoor shoji so that it can be opened and closed horizontally like a sliding window, but in this case, a rail would be protruding from the indoor side of the window frame, making it unique as a single sliding window. Most of it was lost.

This idea was developed based on further research from the above points, and in addition to attaching a door that opens and closes with a hinge to a movable shoji and a fixed shoji, it is possible to freely select the opening style of the attached door, and it can also be used as a single sliding window. The purpose is to provide specificity and good fit.

Hereinafter, embodiments of this invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The outline is shown in Figure 1. In the figure, 1 is the window frame,
Reference numeral 2 indicates a movable shoji that is pulled horizontally, and numeral 3 indicates a fixed shoji that is fitted in. As shown in detail from FIG. 2 to FIG. 5, the window frame 1 includes vertical frames 4, 5 horizontal frames 6 ,
As shown in FIG. 2, the vertical frame 4 on the left side of the figure is hollow on the indoor side, and the door stop part 8 of the movable shoji 2 is formed on the outdoor side. As shown in FIG. 3, the right vertical frame 5 has a basic U-shaped cross section. As shown in Fig. 4, the upper horizontal frame 6 is formed into a downward U-shape on the outdoor side and an upward U-shape on the indoor side, and the lower horizontal frame 7 is formed into a step-like shape, with the lower tier having the entire length in the longitudinal direction. A rail 9 is provided in a protruding manner, and the upper stage is formed on a horizontal surface.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the movable shoji 2 has a shoji frame 10, which is made up of vertical frames 11, 12 and horizontal frames 13, 14, that can be slid left and right along the rail 9 of the window frame 1. The shoji frame 10 is fitted into the shoji frame 10 so that the outdoor side part thereof protrudes from the window frame 1 to the outside, and the glass plate 1 is fitted near the outdoor side of the protruding part.
5 is fitted, and a door stop surface 17 is provided on the indoor side of the inner circumferential surface of the shoji frame 10 with a tight material 16 that protrudes toward the indoor side, and a movable door stop surface 17 that fits within the shoji frame 10 and comes into contact with the door stop surface 17 is provided. A hinge 19 that attaches the door 18 to the vertical stile 11 or 12 on either the left or right side of the shoji frame 10
It is attached so that it can be opened and closed freely. Furthermore, movable door 1
8 is formed by fitting a glass plate 20 into the door frame, but by fitting a glass plate 20 thinner than the glass plate 15 on the outdoor side, the weight of the movable door 18 is reduced, and
The combination of thick and thin glass plates provides the effect of blocking almost all sound frequencies.

Furthermore, since the glass fitting part of the movable shoji 2 is projected to the outside of the room from the window frame 1, the window frame 1 can be fitted well with the movable shoji 2 without extending it to the outside, and the appearance is good.

Next, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the fixed shoji 3 has an outdoor glass plate 22 attached to a fixed frame 21 provided near the indoor side of the window frame 1, that is, on the upper stage of the lower horizontal frame 7 of the window frame 1. and a fixed door 24 that opens and closes with a hinge 23, and the fixed frame 21 is connected to the window frame 1.
It is formed of a vertical frame 5 , a support frame 25 protruding from the upper and lower horizontal frames 6 and 7 , and a mullion 26 standing in the middle of the window frame 1 . 27 and a pressed edge 28 that faces the protruding piece 27 and is fitted from the outdoor side, and is fixed to the vertical part that supports one side edge of the glass plate 22 and the horizontal frames 6 and 7 above and below the window frame 1 to support the glass plate 22. The mullion 26 is a vertical member facing the vertical part of the support frame 25, and has a width approximately equal to the depth width of the upper part of the lower horizontal frame 7 of the window frame 1. A concave groove 31 having the same depth and width and supporting the glass plate 22 on the indoor side is provided by a ridge 32. Furthermore, a doorstop surface 34 is provided with a tight material 33 protruding toward the indoor side closer to the indoor side than the grooves 29, 30, 31 that support the glass plate 22 on the inner peripheral surface of the fixed frame 21.
A fixed door 2 provided with a fixed door 2 and fitted into a fixed frame 21
4 is formed to have a depth and width that fits between the doorstop surface 24 of the fixed frame 21 and the indoor end surface of the window frame 1, and the fixed door 24
When the fixed door 24 and the mullion 26 are closed, the indoor side surfaces of the fixed door 24 and the mullion 26 are provided so that they are almost flush with each other. However, although the fixed shoji 3 including the fixed door 24 is shown close to the indoor side end surface of the window frame 1, it is not necessarily necessary to place it close to the indoor side end surface of the window frame 1. It may be formed in a state that provides a margin.

This invention has the above structure, and a movable door 18 is attached to the indoor side of the movable shoji 2 to either the left or right vertical stile 11 or 12 of the shoji frame 10 with a hinge 19, and a movable door 24 is also attached to the fixed shoji 3. It is attached to the mullion 26 or the vertical frame 5 on the right side of the window frame 1 with a hinge 23, and the movable door 18 is attached when necessary.
And the fixed door 24 is opened and closed, and when it is in the closed state, it receives light in the same way as a conventional single-sliding window, and since it has a double structure, it exhibits heat insulation and soundproofing effects. Further, when the movable shoji 2 is opened, the movable door 18 is kept closed and slid to be opened all at once.

As described above, according to the single-sliding window of this invention, doors that can be opened and closed with hinges are provided inside the movable shoji and fixed shoji. Since each door is integrated with each shoji and is freely selected according to its position, each door is integrated with each shoji, making full use of the uniqueness of single sliding windows. The exposed surface of the horizontal frame is finished horizontally, and the fixed shoji is completely separated by mullions, providing a single-sliding window that is extremely sturdy and can fit well.
