【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 蒸煮室Ｒを画定する内筐１８と、その内筐１
８を包囲する外筺１９と、その外筐１９に取付け
られた蒸煮室用開閉扉２７とから成り、その蒸煮
室Ｒ内へ菓子・パン類載置用の網棚２１を出し入
れ自在に収納使用するスチーマーにおいて、 上記蒸煮室Ｒの開口底面へ臨むように設置した
貯水タンク１１内の水を、バーナーなどの加熱源
１２による加湿蒸気として、蒸煮室Ｒ内へ導入さ
せると共に、 その加熱源１２の排気熱を、上記内筐１８と外
筐１９との相互間に区成した排気流路Ｓ内へ導入
させて、その排気熱と加湿蒸気の何れも自づと上
方へ流出させるように設定したことを特徴とする

の蒸気迂回管路２６をその蒸煮室Ｒ内との連通接
