送水口にシヤワーホースを、また給水口には減圧
弁を介して水道管を夫々連結し、かつ前記容器の
両端部間に、上記水道管より三方弁を介して分岐
する給水管及び上記通水室より三方弁を介して分
岐する排水管を夫々架設して容器の両端部内と連
通せしめると共に、該容器内に、上記給、排水管
の弁操作による水道水の交互充満及び該充満水の
通水室内への交互排水可能な２つの稀釈室を拡縮
自在に形成せしめる仕切部材を設けてなることを
