基部と該基部の両端に設けた腕とで略コ字状に形
成され、該両方の腕の間に事務用椅子の支柱を受
け入れる受け部と、該受け部の基部に一端を回動
自在に取付け、上記両方の腕の間で揺動自在とし
て上記一方の腕と共に上記支柱を挾む押え板と、
上記受け部の他方の腕に設けたねじ穴に螺合され
、上記押え板を背面より一方の腕側へ押付けて事
