の４―４線に沿つて取られた第２図に似た拡大部
分断面図であつて容器からの密閉リングの解放を
示す図面；第５図は密閉装置の一形式の底面図；
第６図は第５図の密閉装置の横方向の縦断面図で
あつてその突出部の配列を示した図面；第７図は
連続する突出部を有する密閉装置の一修正形式の
底面図；第８図は第７図の密閉装置の横方向の縦
断面図であつて連続する突出部を示した図面であ
る。 図面上、１０は「容器組立体」；１２は「容器
」；１４は「密閉面」；１６は「保持面」；１８
は「密閉装置」；２０は「密閉装置本体」；２２
は「密閉リング」；２６は「端パネル」；２８は
「裾部」；３４は「溝」；４０は「突出部」；４
２は「縮みバンドまたはテープ」を示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 密閉端面１４を有するタンブラ状容器１２
    の閉鎖装置であつて、該装置１８が、垂下する裾
    部２８を有する端部パネル２６を含むキヤツプ状
    の本体２０にして前記裾部が前記端部パネルと共
    に溝３４を画成してなる前記本体２０と、前記溝
    ３４に配置された密閉リング２２とを有するタン
    ブラ状容器の閉鎖装置において、前記密閉リング
    ２２が、前記裾部２８の一部分に沿つて軸方向に
    延び、かつ容器の外面仕上げ部１６と係合状態に
    組合う半径方向内方へ向けられた突起装置４０を
    有し、前記キヤツプ状の本体２０が弾性を有する
    可撓性金属から形成され、前記密閉リング２２が
    弾性ガスケツト材料から形成され、そして前記裾
    部２８は、軸方向に前記端部パネル２６から遠ざ
    かる方向へ且つ前記突起装置４０に対して半径方
    向外方へ離隔された関係で前記密閉リングを超え
    て延び、そして前記密閉リング２２と前記容器の
    密閉面１４との間の密閉関係を破壊するための前
    記密閉リングの変形を容易にするように形成され
    ていることを特徴とするタンブラ状容器の閉鎖装
    置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の装
    置において、前記突起装置４０が、円周方向に離
    隔した関係に配置された一群の突起４４の形にさ
    れていることを特徴とするタンブラ状容器の閉鎖
    装置。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項に記載の装
    置において、前記突起４４が円周方向に細長いこ
    とを特徴とするタンブラ状容器の閉鎖装置。 (4) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の装
    置において、前記密閉リング２２が前記密閉面１
    ４上に配置され、前記突起装置４０が前記容器に
    おける切込み外面１６に対向して配置されること
    を特徴とするタンブラ状容器の閉鎖装置。 (5) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第４項に記載の装
    置において、閉鎖保持力を提供しかつ前記閉鎖装
    置１８において部分的に係合されかつ前記閉鎖装
    置に隣接する前記容器の一部分に係合される縮み
    バンド４２を有することを特徴とするタンブラ状
    容器の閉鎖装置。 (6) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項から第４項
    までのいずれかの１項に記載の装置において、前
    記容器１２が、前記閉鎖装置１８を前記容器に少
    なくとも部分的に保持するために真空にされてい
    ることを特徴とするタンブラ状容器の閉鎖装置。
