Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ゴム成形品を成形するための成形凹部を設
けた成形本体を設け、この成形凹部に、ゴム成形
品の貫通孔を設けるための挿入ピンを挿入し、こ
の挿入ピンの下端の成形本体に成形凹部と連通す
るゴム材の流入孔を形成し、この流入孔の下端に
接続し流入孔よりも大きな直径の係合凹部を設け
たバリ取型を、成形本体に接続したものであるこ
とを特徴とする貫通孔を設けたゴム成形品の成形
型。 (2) 一個の成形凹部には複数本の挿入ピンが挿
入され、この挿入ピンの下端に設けられた流入孔
に接続する複数個の係合凹部を、連結して設けた
ものであることを特徴とする請求項１記載の貫通
孔を設けたゴム成形品の成形型。 (3) 一個の成形本体には複数個の成形凹部が設
けられ、この成形凹部に各々挿入ピンが挿入され
、この挿入ピンの下端に流入孔と連通して各々設
けた係合凹部を、連結して設けたものであること
を特徴とする請求項１記載の貫通孔を設けたゴム
成形品の成形型。
