形成した合成樹脂製の止め具２の軸部２′をカー
ペツト１上へ突出させてはめ込み、該軸部２′へ
キヤツプ３を冠着して設け、前記のカーペツト上
へ別のマツト４を重ね合せたとき該マツト４の両
側に穿設した小孔５へ前記したキヤツプ３付きの
軸部２′を挿通してマツト４を定位置へ取り付け
