【考案の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野］ 本考案は、携帯に便利で、使用する度に手で把
持する必要がなく、とりわけコンパクト等の容器
に収納したままで簡便に使用できるように構成し

取り出し、手に把持して通常の方法で使用しなけ
ればならなかつた。又、たとえコンパクトに収納
したまま化粧料を出すことができたとしても、開
口部から押し出した化粧料をコンパクト内に雰し
易く、使用上の問題が大きかつた。すなわち、従
来、携行して使用するのに便利な形態のチユーブ

を閉塞する突部を蓋体内面に突設し、又、キヤツ
プ下部は従来方法によつて成形される容器本体の
口頚部と螺合させて得られる、使用する際に手に
取る必要がなく、静置した状態、例えばコンパク
ト等の容器に収納した状態のままで簡便に使用し

［実施例］ 以下本考案の構造を実施例を示す図面に従つて
説明すれば、１は扁平な形態を有するチユーブ容
器本体で２はその胴部である。胴部２の上端部に
は頭部３の下端周縁を溶着若しくは接着等の方法
によつて接合させ、口頚部４を形設させる。化粧
料充填の後、胴部２の下端部を前後から熱圧着さ
せて板状のシール部５を形成させる。６はキヤツ
プで、静置時に上面となる部位に凹部１４を形設
し、該凹部１４の一部に、胴部２の中心軸線に対
して略垂直方向に開口する開口部７を形成してい
る。しかして胴部２の押圧により化粧料は、他に
雰れる事なく、開口部７を通して凹部１４上に押
し出されるので、即座に化粧操作に移る事が可能
となり、又凹部１４の形設により、塗布体に化粧
料を均一に付着させて使用する事も可能となつて
いる。又、蓋体８は凹部１４を覆うようにヒンジ
部９を以てキヤツプ６と一体に成形したもので、
該ヒンジ部９はキヤツプ６の上端部に設けてあ
る。尚、ヒンジ部９はキヤツプ６の側端部に形設
させても良く、使用上便利であればその形設位置
は問わない。１０は蓋体８を開閉する際に指を掛
ける為の指掛部である。蓋体８の内面には開口部
７に対応する位置へ、該開口部７を閉塞する突部
１１を突設させてある。開口部７を突部１１にて
閉塞する事によつて内容物の漏出防止や高い気密
性を保証している。更に指掛部１０付近に係止突
部１２を突設させ係止溝１３に係止するように構
成すれば閉蓋状態をより確実にする事が可能であ
るから常に安定した開口部７の閉塞状態を保持で
き、好適である。尚、突部１１と開口部７の嵌合
強度を強くして、それらで蓋体８をキヤツプ６に
係止できるようにすれば、係止突部１２及び係止
溝１３は不要となる。すなわち使用上便利で気密
性を保証し得る構造であればその係止方法は問わ
ない。又、キヤツプ６の上端面と蓋体８の上端面
とが同一面上に位置し得るから、コンパクト等の
別容器への収納性も良好で、従つてデザイン上、
商品価値の優れたチユーブ容器を提供する事も可

ある。使用時には、チユーブ容器を手に把持して
化粧料を取り出すという操作をする必要がなく、
胴部を押圧して化粧料を凹部上に押し出した後に
化粧操作に移ることができる。従つて、使用する
化粧料の量がわかり易く、又塗布体に化粧料を均
一に付着させて使用することができるから、使用
上極めて都合が良い。しかも、化粧料を取り出す
際に開口部から押し出した化粧料をコンパクト内
に雰したり、胴部に付着させて汚したりすること
もない。すなわち、コンパクト等に収納したまま
で化粧料を取り出すことができるものである。従
つて、コンパクトを持つて、例えば通常コンパク
トの蓋体裏面に設けられた鏡を見ながら化粧操作
を行なうこともできるので、外出先等での化粧直
しが非常に便利になる。更に、チユーブ容器は高
い気密性を保証し得るから充填された化粧料を変
質させる事なく安定した品質で収納保持できる。
また、キヤツプはチユーブ容器本体に螺合させて
ある為簡単に取りはずせるので、口頚部さえ同型
であれば別のチユーブ容器に螺合させてあるキヤ
ツプと差替える事もでき、そのような目的で本考
案のキヤツプのみを使用したい消費者に対しては
キヤツプ単体で提供する事も可能であるから、非
常に便利で経済的である。然して、携帯に便利で
使い易く、同時に信頼性と商品価値の高いチユー
