Abstract

PURPOSE:To stimulate and activate the cell of a human body, to achieve heat insulation and to enhance health, by mounting a predetermined substance mixture to the surface of a collar or cuff of shirt to emit far infrared rays. CONSTITUTION:An alumina powder, a ferric oxide powder, a silica powder, a titanium oxide powder and a silicon carbide powder 5 kinds in an equal amount of each are well mixed and further kneaded with a solvent type binder to form a pasty substance mixture 4 having proper viscosity. This substance mixture is applied to cotton shirt cloth and synthetic fiber nonwoven core cloth in a polka-dot pattern by a coating machine and dried. This cloth is cut to sew a collar 2 and a cuff 3. Far infrared rays of 5-1,000mum are emitted from the substance mixture 4 under a temp. condition of 30-100 deg.C.

[Function] The present invention uses alumina (E203), zirconia (
ZrO2), ferric oxide (Fe(OH)2), silica (
Sin2), zinc oxide (Zn0), magnesia (]VI
fO), titanium oxide (TiO2), phosphoric acid compound (MI
(2PO4), carbon (C), silicon carbide (SiC), etc., and then mix well with a solvent-based binder or a water-based binder to form a paste with an appropriate viscosity. As a result, the mixture of two or more types of inorganic materials emits far infrared rays of 5 to 1000 microns, and is attached to the surface of the collar or cuff of a shirt. However, when this shirt is worn on the human body, the radiation is accelerated by the body temperature of 35 to 38 degrees Celsius. Furthermore, far-infrared rays are a type of electromagnetic waves, and there are six types of electromagnetic waves: gamma rays, X-rays, ultraviolet rays, visible light, infrared rays, and microwaves. Wavelength is next to wave. Further, among these infrared rays, far infrared rays have particularly long wavelengths of 5 to 1000 microns, and have the property of penetrating deep into substances. Therefore, when a human body wears the shirt according to the present invention, human body cells are activated by far-infrared radiation, and stiff shoulders, chronic bronchitis, stress, etc. are alleviated, and furthermore,
This keeps the human body warm and improves health.

[Example 1] Hereinafter, an example of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. First, equal amounts of powdered alumina, ferric oxide, silica, titanium oxide, and silicon carbide are mixed well, and then kneaded with a solvent-based binder to form a paste with an appropriate viscosity. The material mixture was formed into a shape, which was coated in a polka dot pattern on a cotton shirt fabric and a synthetic non-woven interlining using a coating machine and dried. In addition to the coating, the substance mixture may be attached to the leather surface by printing in an appropriate pattern.

Therefore, the shirt (1) has a collar (2) and cuffs (
The substance mixture (2) attached to the surface of 3) contains two or more types of inorganic substances, and the substance mixture radiates far infrared rays of 5 to 1000 microns on the surface, and Emission of far-infrared rays is most promoted at body temperature of 35 to 38°C.

Furthermore, since the substance mixture (2), which is a substance that emits far-infrared rays, is well kneaded with a solvent-based binder or a water-based binder to form an integral body, the collar (2) of the shirt (1) is formed by the binder. 2) and cuffs (3), and the far infrared rays are emitted almost permanently.

[Effects of the Invention] As detailed in the above-mentioned embodiment, the present invention provides a method in which two or more types of inorganic materials such as alumina, zirconia, ferric oxide, silica, etc. are mixed on the surface of the collar, cuffs, etc. of a shirt. Since the material mixture is coated or printed with a solvent-based binder or a water-based binder and worn as a shirt, the material mixture emits far-infrared rays of 5 to 1000 microns when used as a shirt. Furthermore, the human body temperature of 35-38℃
This promotes the emission of far-infrared rays of 5 to 1 OOO microns, which penetrate deep into the human body and stimulate and activate cells, reducing stiff shoulders, stress, etc., and furthermore, keeping the human body appropriately warm. This is truly a valuable invention that contributes to health promotion.
