【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) サスペンシヨン装置のアツパーフレームの
後部にシヤフトを回動可能に設け、このシヤフト
にロツク部材を設けると共に、このロツク部材の
該シヤフトからの偏心位置にシートベルト下端を
連結し、一方前記シヤフトを上下動自在に案内す
ると共に衝突時にロツク部材が掛止できる固定ガ
イド部材を車体床或いは前記サスペンシヨン装置
のロアフレーム等の固定部より立設し、且つ前記
衝突による大きな引張り力が作用しないかぎりロ
ツク部材の固定ガイド部材への掛止を阻止するシ
ヤフト廻り止め部材を設けて構成したことを特徴
とする車両用シート。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の車両
用シートにおいて、シートベルトはシヤフトにロ
ツク部材と別体に設けたクランクレバーの先端に
下端を連結して構成したことを特徴とする車両用
シート。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の車両
用シートにおいて、固定ガイド部材はシヤフトを
上下動自在に案内する縦長穴を有し、ロツク部材
はシヤフトとともに急激に回動することで前記縦
長穴内にてこの前後面に喰込み掛止する構成であ
ることを特徴とする車両用シート。 (4) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の車両
用シートにおいて、固定ガイド部材は縦長ガイド
レール状をなし、ロツク部材は前記レール状固定
ガイド部材の外周を隙間を存して取囲む形状で且
つシヤフトとともに急激に回動することで前記固
定ガイド部材に前後から掛止する構成であること
を特徴とする車両用シート。 (5) シートクツシヨン下部に上下方向の衝撃・
振動を吸収緩和するサスペンシヨン装置を備えた
車両用シートにおいて、前記サスペンシヨン装置
のアツパーフレームの後部にシヤフトを設ける一

ホルダーを前方に引張つて即座に固定ガイド部材
に前後から挟持する状態に掛止して前記サスペン
シヨン装置の前倒・破壊を防止する構成とすると
共に、前記衝突による大きな引張り力が作用しな
いかぎり回動カム並びにホルダーの固定ガイド部
材への掛止を阻止するカム廻り止め部材を設けて
