Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 車間距離情報を入力し、該車間距離情報に基づ
    いて先行車に対する自車の衝突の危険性を判定し
    、衝突の危険が生じていると判定した場合に、警
    報信号を発する情報処理回路を備えた衝突警報装
    置において、前記情報処理回路は、 で算出される第１の車間距離と該第１の車間距離
    よりも小さい第２の車間距離とに対して、前記入
    力した車間距離情報を比較し、該車間距離情報の
    値が前記第１の車間距離よりも小さくなつたとき
    所定の時間だけ第１の警報信号を発し、また前記
    第２の車間距離よりも小さくなつたとき前記第１
    の警報信号よりも警報度合の大きい第２の警報信
    号を発することを特徴とする衝突警報装置。
