壁に水平に一対のスリツト８を縦状に穿設し、該
スリツト８間に弾性部１１を構成し、該弾性部１
１を外方向に突出させ、キヤツプ１０内壁に弾性
をもつて当接する弾性突部９とした事を特徴とす
