Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 出力軸にスプライン嵌合するハブ1と、ハブ1
    と一体の外周フランジ2と、ハブ1の外周に嵌合
    し外周フランジ2に対してその両側で相対的且つ
    一対に回動するクラツチプレート4及びリテイニ
    ングプレート7と、両プレート4,7の同一円周
    上等間隔を隔てた複数箇所で互いに対向し且つ円
    周方向に延びる矩形の窓孔8,9と、各窓孔8,
    9に配置される高捩り剛性の大径コイルばね19
    とを備えたクラツチデイスクアツセンブリにおい
    て、上記外周フランジ2は、中立時に両プレート
    4,7の窓孔8,9と対向し且つ両側に捩れ角θ
    1に相当する間隔を有するように円周方向の幅W
    1が両プレート4,7の窓孔8,9の幅W2より
    も広い長形角窓3を備え、大径コイルばね19の
    両側に縦断面がハツト形の第1スプリングシート
    20を1つずつ配置し、第1スプリングシート2
    0は、大径コイルばね19の端部が着座するフラ
    ンジ部24と、フランジ部24の中心部から大径
    コイルばね19の内部へ入り込む円筒部22と、
    円筒部22の先端の底部23とを一体に備え、各
    円筒部22の内部に低捩り剛性の小径コイルばね
    40の一部を円周方向へ伸縮自在に収容し、各小
    径コイルばね40の反底部23側端部に第2スプ
    リングシート41を配置し、各第2スプリングシ
    ート41は、捩れ状態において外周部が第1スプ
    リングシート20のフランジ部24と当接するコ
    イルばね着座面42を備え、クラツチプレート4
    及びリテイニングプレート7の各窓孔8,9の両
    側に捩れ状態において回転方向Rの反進行側の第
    2スプリングシート41をそれと同一角窓3内で
    対向している第1スプリングシート20のフラン
    ジ部24側へ押圧する爪部30,31,34,3
    5を一体に設けたことを特徴とするクラツチデイ
    スクアツセンブリ。
