【考案の詳細な説明】 [産業上の利用分野] 高層鉄塔に於いてはガイドレールとピンラツク
とを垂直に敷設し、これに沿うて昇降を可能とし
た壁面昇降機が広く用いられている。本考案はこ
の昇降機の安全装置に関するもので、不測の事故
による昇降機の急落下を制動すると同時に駆動モ
ータを停止させるようにしたものである。

であるが、ブレーキ部材15,20を摩擦接触さ
せる際遠心部材17がブレーキ部材20の内面を
押圧しながら軸線方向移動をする構成であるた
め、作用に無理があり、所期の制動効果が得にく
い。また速度感知部が装置の内部に閉じこめられ
ていて、使用前の安全点検が行えない等の問題も
あつた。

[実施例] 図面についてその実施例を説明する。鉄塔の壁

擦接触面aを備える。ナツト筒3は駆動軸のねじ

環状ストツパ3bを固着してある。ドラムBとシ
ユー板4とは何れもナツト筒3へ回転自在に支持
され、凸辺3aとストツパ3bとに挟まれて軸線
方向動きは拘束されている。但しドラムBは外周
に突片Tを備える。これがケージCに設けた案内
gと係合し、ドラムBは軸線方向移動のみを許容
される。ドラムBは一面に摩擦接触面bを備え、
これが接触面aと接触可能である。またその他面
には円筒5が固着され、その内面が摩擦接触面と
なつている。シユー板4は環状板の外周へ対称に
ウイング4aを突出させたもので、ウイング4a

向溝が設けてあり、これへ短冊形薄板の止板9が
はめこまれ、その両端がナツト筒3の端面へねじ
10でとめてある。同じく駆動軸の外端部には軸
線方向有底孔が穿たれ、これへ挿入された飛出片
11が附設ばねsによつて飛出しを附勢され、止
板9で係止されている。即ち駆動軸1とナツト筒
3の間に相対回動が起こると、止板9は破壊さ
れ、飛出片11が飛出すようになつている。その
飛出方向には、飛出片11の飛込みによりモータ
を停止可能なリミツトスイツチSが臨ませてあ
り、このスイツチSはアーム12を介しドラムB
に固着されている。ナツト筒3の凸片3aにはピ
ン13が植込んである。係合子14はピン13に
枢着され、ウイング4aに植込んだピン15と係
合離脱可能である。この係合によつて、ナツト筒
3とシユー板4とは一体化回転可能となる。
