線に対し直角方向の２条の折り線により３つ折り
することにより中央に位置する基部面部とその左
右に位置するページ面部とを区画形成し、前記基
部面部を除くページ面部の前記折曲線部分を切断
して複数のページ面を形成し、前記基部面部の少
なくとも最外面におかれる基部面を除く他の基部
面に、一辺を残し他の辺を切り抜いて開閉自在と
した開閉面を設け、この開閉面を開くことにより
窓孔が形成されて下側の基部面を透視可能に形成
してなり、前記基部面、各ページ面、開閉面のす
べてあるいは一部に所要の文章、絵、図柄等の所
要の表示、所要事項の記載欄等注意の表示を施す
