て、 この車両用空調装置の起動又は停止を検出する
動作状態検出手段と、 前記ラジエータに係る温度を検出する温度検出
手段と、 当該車両用空調装置が起動され、かつラジエー
タに係る温度が所定温度を越えるときには、外気
