    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ダクト２と、このダクト２内の騒音を集音し騒
    音信号に変換するマイクロホン３と、この騒音信
    号と逆の特性を有する補正信号を形成する補正信
    号形成回路４と、この補正信号を増幅する増幅器
    ５と、この補正信号を音声に変換して上記ダクト
    ２内に放射するスピーカー７を有するスピーカー
    システム６とを具備する消音装置において、この
    スピーカー７が平板形振動板９を具備することを
    特徴とする消音装置。
