筒状体1の高さや直径は使用するガスコンロの大
きさ等に応じて適宜に選択されるが、筒状である
ことによつて構成される周側壁を有することが必
要である。風穴11は正円形のものを示してある
が、これに限らない。図示していないが方形、そ
の他の形状の風穴であつてもよい。この風穴によ
り空気が出入して酸素の欠乏を防ぐ。また、筒状
体1の上縁に形成した突条3は、断面略下向U字
状のものを例示してある。上述のように、筒状体
1が適宜の高さを有すると遠火になり、その上縁
に突条3を形成してあると被焼成物を載せ易い
し、それを裏返し易くなる。また、天板2は上記
突条3より下方に設けてある。即ち、上記突条3
により天板2の上方に凹処が形成されるようにな
つている。この天板2には多数の通孔4を穿設し
てある。通孔4は細長形で、その周縁部を上方に
折り曲げ立上縁41を設けてある。このように天
板2を設け、該天板2に通孔4を穿設してある
と、ガスコンロの炎が被焼成物に直接作用せず、
しかも強火となる他、被焼成物が天板2の上面に
接触しないようになる。また、通孔4の周縁部に
立上縁41を設けてあると、焼成時に生ずる汁が

形成してあるから、被焼成物、特にやきとりを載
せ易いばかりでなく、やきとりが天板に接触しな
いので、それを裏返し焼成し易い他、販売の際の
包装用容器としても使用できる等焼物調理器とし
て有用なものである。
