ンロ上に落下するのを最小限に防いだ焼物調理器

本考案の焼物調理器は、第１図に示す如く、天
板２を有し、かつ複数の風穴１１を穿設した適宜
高さの筒状体１の上縁に突条３を形成してある。
筒状体１は、断面略正方形のものを例示してある
が、その形状については特に限定されない。この
筒状体１の高さや直径は使用するガスコンロの大
きさ等に応じて適宜に選択されるが、筒状である
ことによつて構成される周側壁を有することが必
要である。風穴１１は正円形のものを示してある
が、これに限らない。図示していないが方形、そ
の他の形状の風穴であつてもよい。この風穴によ
り空気が出入して酸素の欠乏を防ぐ。また、筒状
体１の上縁に形成した突条３は、断面略下向Ｕ字
状のものを例示してある。上述のように、筒状体
１が適宜の高さを有すると遠火になり、その上縁
に突条３を形成してあると被焼成物を載せ易い
し、それを裏返し易くなる。また、天板２は上記
突条３より下方に設けてある。即ち、上記突条３
により天板２の上方に凹処が形成されるようにな
つている。この天板２には多数の通孔４を穿設し
てある。通孔４は細長形で、その周縁部を上方に
折り曲げ立上縁４１を設けてある。このように天
板２を設け、該天板２に通孔４を穿設してある
と、ガスコンロの炎が被焼成物に直接作用せず、
しかも強火となる他、被焼成物が天板２の上面に
接触しないようになる。また、通孔４の周縁部に
立上縁４１を設けてあると、焼成時に生ずる汁が
天板２の上面に溜まりガスコンロの上面に落下し

することができる。更に、筒状体の上縁に突条を
形成してあるから、被焼成物、特にやきとりを載
せ易いばかりでなく、やきとりが天板に接触しな
いので、それを裏返し焼成し易い他、販売の際の
包装用容器としても使用できる等焼物調理器とし
て有用なものである。
