Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable forced untwisting of a main line by bending blades in the twist direction of the main line so as to rotate in the untwisting direction by fluid resistance in reeling. CONSTITUTION:This untwister is equipped with a shaft unit 21 having one end fixed to the tip of a main line 3 and the other end connected to a device and blades (22A)-(22C) provided around the shaft unit 21. The blades are bent in the twisting direction of the main line 3 so as to rotate in the untwisting direction by fluid resistance in reeling. As a result, the main line can be forcibly untwisted and durability of the main line is improved, since the main line is neither entwined about a fishing rod or device in far casting nor severely twisted even by repeated use.

A reel is one of the essential fishing equipment. This reel is used to cast a device from under the rod to a point far away, and various types of reels have been developed, among which spinning reels are particularly useful for long-distance casting compared to double-bearing (or single-bearing) reels. It has become widely used in recent years because it is easy and smooth to wind, and the gear ratio is large (usually about 1:4), allowing for quick winding operations. On the other hand, with the development of polymer materials, thin and strong fishing lines have been developed and used.

By the way, the Nubining reel 2 has a thread 3 that is fed out 7.
At this time, the thread 3 is let out spirally in the axial direction of the spool 14, so that twisting occurs, and 17 is twisted by one turn per rotation of the spool 14.
Because of this, the line 3 gets tangled with the fishing rod 1 or the tackle 4,
Alternatively, a knot may be formed due to accumulation of part of the thread 3, and when a large fish or a strong fish hits the corner, stress will concentrate on the knot and the part will be severed, which can be fatal. There was a drawback. In addition, there was also the disadvantage that the durability of the threads decreased due to the accumulation of strands when long distance casting was repeated.

Therefore, conventionally, a twisted return 11 is interposed between the thread 3 and the Harris 5 to take the twists 4 to 4' of the thread 3, but such a twisted return 11 has a frame type (or barrel type). It is composed of a main body 11A and two threaders 11B and 11C that are rotatably attached to the main body 11A.
This merely allows the screw to rotate freely in both the direction of rising and the direction of releasing the twist, but does not forcefully remove the twist, and the twist removal effect is insufficient.

Therefore, the present invention solves the above-mentioned problems and forcibly removes the twist of the υ way yarn by rotating it due to fluid resistance (resistance of water or seawater) during winding with a simple structure. It is an object of the present invention to provide a twisting device for fishing that is designed to obtain a high value.

Further, the second invention has a shaft body having one end fixed to the tip of the thread and the other end connected to the device, which is provided around the shaft body and is rotatable with respect to the shaft body and movable in the axial direction. A rotation preventing portion is provided at the end of the shaft body opposite to the thread side to engage with the blade and prevent its free rotation, and the blade is prevented from rotating due to fluid resistance during winding. It is bent in the twisting direction of the thread so that it can be rotated in the twisting direction.

In the second aspect of the invention, the weight flies first in the air during long distance casting, and the blades move toward the thread side of the shaft body due to wind pressure, become rotatable, and spin idly. Similarly, when submerged in water, it rotates idly on the line side due to the resistance of the fluid. On the other hand, during winding, the device is positioned to the side due to fluid resistance and engages with the rotation prevention portion of the shaft, and rotates together with the shaft in the direction in which the thread is untwisted.

The line-side end of the Harris 5 is connected to the fishhook-side ring 23B via a conventional return 11. This allows the mechanism to rotate freely relative to the twist remover 20, so that it does not become a load when untwisting the thread 3.

The blades 22A to 22D are freely adjusted by hand taking into consideration the size and number of blades, and due to fluid resistance during winding, the winding is twisted in the direction of return by the same number of twists as the thread 3 flying out from the spinning reel. It is desirable that the rotation be adjusted to S.

That is, when the twister 20 is pulled up when winding up a device submerged in the water or the sea, the blades 22A to 22D rotate in the opposite direction to the direction indicated by the arrow in FIG. 1 due to the fluid resistance at that time. Then, the shaft body 21 also has blades 22A.
Since it rotates integrally with ~22D, the thread 3 is forcibly rotated in the return direction by the shaft body 21, and this rotation speed is
If the number of twists and time when casting long distances is -, you can completely remove the ↓ of the road thread 3, and if the number of rotations is insufficient, the twist will remain by the amount of the shortage, and if the number of rotations is excessive, it will be the opposite. In this case, whether or not the twist has been removed can be confirmed by paying out the thread 3 from the spool to an appropriate length and seeing whether or not twist occurs. The bending angle of each of the blades 22A to 22D may be readjusted depending on the extent of the bending.

Thus, in the twisting device 20 having such a configuration, when winding up the device as described above, the twisting device 20 itself rotates in the direction of untwisting the thread 3 due to fluid resistance, so that the twisting of the thread 3 is untwisted. This prevents the thread 3 from getting tangled with the fishing rod or tackle when making long casts, and since the thread 3 is removed after each long cast, it is easier to avoid repeated long casts. The durability of the thread 3 is improved, and breakage due to twisting can be prevented.

Furthermore, when the device is submerged in water or the sea, the shaft body 21 is lowered with the ring 23B at the bottom, so it is thought that the litter remover 20 is rotated in a further direction due to fluid resistance. Therefore, it is desirable that the angles of the blades 22A to 22D be adjusted in consideration of this rotation.

FIG. 3 is a front view showing another embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, four blades 22A to 22D (22D is not shown) are integrally joined with rivets 30, and are arranged to be rotatable and slidable in the axial direction with respect to the shaft body 21, and Blades 22A to 22D are provided at the end of the shaft body 21 on the Harris 5 side.
A rotation prevention part 31 is provided which engages with any blade and prevents rotation of the entire blade when the blade is located on the lower end side of the shaft body 21, and furthermore, a rotation prevention part 31 is provided which prevents rotation of the entire blade when the blade is located at the lower end side of the shaft body 21. Two rings 33A made of beads, etc.
33B is rotatably fitted. Feather 22A~
An insertion hole (not shown) into which the shaft 21 is loosely inserted is formed in the central joint portion of the shaft 22D. In addition, each blade 22A
22D is made of a thin steel plate, aluminum plate, etc., so that it has flexibility as in the above embodiment, and the bending angle of its tip can be freely adjusted by hand. and feather 2
2A to 22D, while flying in the air during long distance casting, the ring 23B of the shaft body 21 is pulled by the weight and flies first, so it moves to the ring 23A side of the shaft body 21 due to wind pressure, and the rotation prevention part Freed from 31. Therefore, in this state, it is rotatable with respect to the shaft body 21, and rotates in the twisting direction of the thread 3 (in the direction of the arrow) due to air resistance. However, since the blades 22A to 22D are not engaged with the rotation preventing portion 31 at this time, the thread 3 is not twisted as soon as the shaft body 21 is rotated. Similarly, when the contraption sinks into the water or the sea, the blades 22A to 22D move around the ring of the shaft body 1 due to fluid resistance.
Since it is located on the 3A side and released from the rotation prevention part 31, it idles in the direction of the arrow, that is, in the twisting direction of the thread 3,
There is no need to follow route 3. When the device sinks to a predetermined depth, the blades 22A to 22D descend along the shaft 21 due to their own weight, and one of the blades engages with the rotation prevention part 31, allowing it to rotate integrally with the shaft 21. It becomes like this. However, in this state, the weft remover 20 places a load on the thread 3, so similar to the above embodiment, the weft removal effect cannot be expected to be very great. Next, as the thread 3 is wound up, the blades 22A to 22D are rotated by fluid resistance in the direction opposite to the direction of arrow A, that is, in the direction in which the thread 3 is untwisted. At this time, the blades 22A to 22D are engaged with the rotation preventing portion 31 and rotate integrally with the shaft body 21, so that the thread 3 is forcibly untwisted as in the above embodiment. Moreover, the first
In the embodiment shown in the figures and FIG. 2, the blades 22A to 22D are integrally attached to the shaft body 21, so when the device is submerged in water as described above, the catcher 20 is thrown out of the way due to fluid resistance. It rotates integrally in the twisting direction of the thread 3, and the thread 3
However, in the configuration according to this embodiment, since the blades 22A to 22D idle relative to the shaft body 21, the twisting of the thread 3 is promoted and increased.
There is no point in increasing it. This also applies to flying in the air.

The rings 33A and 33B have blades 22A to 22D as the ring 23A.
This is to prevent direct contact with the blades and to allow the blades 22A to 22D to rotate smoothly.

In addition, in each of the above embodiments, the blade 2 is formed by a thin metal plate.
2A to 22D have been manufactured and the bending angle of the tip part can be freely adjusted. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and can be used for throwing, floating, boating, etc. Of course, each device may have a standard type of blade integrally molded from plastic, and the bending angle of the tip may not be adjustable.

Furthermore, although the above embodiments have all been described using four blades, the number of blades may be arbitrary. For example, as shown in FIG. The body 21 may be slidably and rotatably inserted through the shaft 40, or one end of the shaft 40 may be tied directly to the thread.

As described above, according to the fishing welt remover according to the present invention, the sheath blade rotates in the opposite direction to the twisting direction of the line due to the resistance of water or seawater when hoisting the line. It can be forcibly removed, so the line will not get caught in the fishing rod or tackle when casting long distances, and it will not become stiff even after repeated use, improving the durability of the line and making it thicker. The effect is very large, as even when a front shock is applied, there is little chance of the alignment breaking due to twisting.
