Claims (1)
- 円板形状の整合層と、この整合層の外径より小
さい円板形状で整合層の裏面側中心部に接着され
る共振子と、前記整合層の外径と同寸法径の円筒
形状で前記共振子を覆い被せるようにして整合層
の裏面側に接着される金属円筒管とで構成される
超音波振動子を接着剤およびセンサクツシヨンを
介してセンサケースに収納した超音波スイツチに
おいて、整合層の外周側面とセンサケースの内周
部に設けられた接着体の内周側面との間に僅かの
隙間を設け、かつ金属円筒管の外周側面に電気絶
縁処理を施したことを特徴とする超音波スイツチ
。
