Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the installation work and reduce the installation space by swayably supporting an operating piece in a pump casing and providing an proximity switch operated by a magnet when the operating piece is swayed on the outside of the pump casing. CONSTITUTION:An operating piece 8 is swayably supported at an appropriate position of a passage 7 in a pump casing installed with an impeller. One side of this operating piece is formed on a flowing water operating section 9, and a magnet 10 is provided on the other side. A weir section 11 is formed on the passage 7. A proximity switch 14 operated by the magnet 10 is provided at the position the magnet 10 approaches when the operating piece 8 is swayed on the outside of the pump casing. The installation work is thereby facilitated, the installation space is reduced, and the malfunction can be prevented.

A forced reheating system for a bath, for example, as shown in Fig. 7, is a system in which hot water in the bathtub 1 is circulated between the bathtub 1 and the heat exchanger 2 of the water heater using a pump 3'. In order to prevent the water heater from running dry, a running water detection means 4 is essential, and conventionally, the running water detection means 4 has been installed as an independent device in the system. Therefore, there are problems in terms of installation work and installation space.

The present invention provides a running water detection means by incorporating an actuating piece that is actuated by flowing water into a flow path in a pump casing, and equipping this actuating piece with a magnet, and providing a proximity switch that is actuated by the magnet on the outside of the casing. The purpose of this is to integrate the pump with the pump.

By the way, in forced reheating systems for baths, the system often contains iron sand from tap water, etc., and this iron sand is attracted to the magnet of the actuating piece and accumulates by adhering to it. Therefore, normal operation of the actuating piece may become difficult.

The structure of the present invention will be explained based on FIGS. 1 to 5, which correspond to embodiments. The m actuating pieces 8 are arranged in a flowing water actuating section 9, and a magnet 10 which also serves as a weight is provided on the other side. A base 11 is formed corresponding to the other side, and the tip of the base 11 is formed into m a contact portions 12 of the actuating piece 8 actuated by running water, and the base 11 is provided with a small flow bypass path. 13, and a proximity switch 14 operated by the magnet 10 is provided on the outside of the pump casing 6 at a position where the magnet 10 approaches when the operating piece 8 is swung by flowing water.

[Function] As shown in FIG. 6, for example, the pump 3 of the present invention connects the piping 16a to the heat exchanger 2 of the water heater to the discharge port 15, and connects the pipe 16a to the heat exchanger 2 of the water heater to the suction port 17. piping 16b
A forced reheating system can be configured by connecting the heat exchanger 2 and the bathtub 1 and further connecting the piping 16c between the heat exchanger 2 and the bathtub 1.

Therefore, when the pump 3 is operating and the hot water in the bathtub 1 is flowing through the pump 3 to the heat exchanger 2 side, the flowing water is caused by the action of the base 11 to flow through m actuating pieces 8. Since only the running water actuating part 9 of a is pushed, the actuating piece 8 swings in the polishing direction of m pieces a against the weight of the magnet 10 on the other side, and its lower side hits the contact part 12. The machine will stop at the specified position. This swing brings the magnet 10 close to the proximity switch 14, so the proximity switch 14 operates and generates a flowing water detection signal.

Next, when the pump 3 is not operating, when the self-priming type is self-priming at the beginning of operation, or when the pump 3 is operating but the hot water in the bathtub 1 is empty, the bathtub 1 If hot water is not flowing from the pump 3 to the heat exchanger 2,
The actuating piece 8 is swung in the return direction by the weight of the magnet 10 on the other side and is held in the standby position by a suitable support 18, and the magnet 10 is separated from the proximity switch 14, so that no water flow detection signal is generated. In this way, by using the presence or absence of the running water detection signal as a control condition for the water heater, dry heating can be prevented.

In the above operation, when the bypass path 13 is not provided, m pieces a of the actuating pieces 8 hit the abutment part 12 while the actuating pieces 8 are being operated by the flowing water. Therefore, water above the base 11 remains even in a flowing water state.

Therefore, during long-term operation, iron sand attracted by the magnet 10 of the actuating piece 8 gradually accumulates above the base 11, and may adhere to the actuating piece 8 itself, clog the bearing part 19, or clog the flow path. If other impurities enter the space above the base 11 for some reason, they will not be discharged from there and will accumulate, interfering with the normal operation of the actuating piece 8. turn into.

Therefore, in the present invention, since the bypass passage 13 with a small flow rate is provided in the base 11, even when the actuating piece 8 is in contact with the abutment part 12 as described above, there is no flow above the base 11. There is a small flow of flow, which sequentially discharges iron sand and other impurities on the spot, thereby preventing their accumulation and thus not interfering with the normal operation of the actuating piece 8. Further, since the flow rate flowing through the bypass path 13 is small, the swinging of the actuating piece 8 due to the flowing water is not inhibited.
