線運動に同伴して直線運動されるスライドテーブ
ルと、上下端縁に沿つて互いに平行に延在されて
いる無端軌道にボール群が夫々転動自在に配列さ
れているスライダおよび上下端縁に沿つて互いに
平行に延在された軌道に前記各ボール群が夫々保
持され転動されることによつて前記スライダの直
線運動を案内するレールからなるリニアボールガ
イドとを備え、前記スライドテーブルに固定され
た前記スライダが前記シリンダ本体に固定された
前記レールに案内されて前記スライドテーブルが
直線運動されることを特徴とするスライドシリン
