- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 鏡面仕上げをした円筒内面のキズを検出する
検査装置に使用する円筒内面検査装置のヘツド１
であつて、レーザー光走査機構１１ａを備えたレ
ーザー光発振装置１１より、被検査面である円筒
内面６０の円周方向に、レーザー光を、該円筒内
面６０の軸心と一定の角度で交差するように、走
査しながら照射し、その反射光を該軸芯と直交す
るように受光面を設けた受光素子１２で受けるよ
うにしたことを特徴とする円筒内面検査装置のヘ
ツド。 ２ レーザー光発振装置１１が、半導体レーザー
ダイオード１１ｂと集光レンズ１１ｃを有し、集
光レンズ１１ｃをレーザー光走査ミラー１１ｄと
半導体レーザーダイオード１１ｂとの間に設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項１記載の円筒内面検査装
置のヘツド。
