数する第1のカウンタと、上記第1の弁別レベル
より高い第2の弁別レベルが設定される第2の波
高弁別器と、その第2の波高弁別器の出力を計数
する第2のカウンタと、上記第1と第2のカウン
タの出力を加算する加算器を備え、上記放射線検
出器による検出パルス出力が上記第1および第2
の波高弁別回路の双方に入力されるよう構成され
