に同軸的に固着した環状のポールピースとを有し
、かつ環状のポールピースとシヤフトまたはハウ
ジングとの間に隙間を設けてハウジングまたはシ
ヤフトに固定した環状のシール部材と、前記隙間
に環状の磁石の磁力で保持した磁性流体とよりな
り、かつ前記導電性プレートは、シヤフトまたは
ハウジングによつて弾性変形して、前記磁性流体
部分において、同シヤフトまたはハウジングに弾
性接触する可撓片を備えていることを特徴とする
