Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable using an apparatus even at an electric wire in the elevated position by causing an apparatus to perform opening and closing functionally for mounting a hand drum type wheel provided in said apparatus on said wire. CONSTITUTION:At the time of fitting an electric wire E with a kite remover, the tip of a working rod is hung on a suspending hook 2 to suspend said kite remover. Then, an inner frame 3 falls by empty weight downward of an outer frame 1 and an opening is formed between its lower side 3c and a hand drum type wheel 5. A worker inserts an electric wire E through said opening for mounting the hand drum type wheel 5 on the electric wire E. when the working rod is removed from the suspending hook 2, the outer frame 1 falls by empty weight and the lower side 3c of the inner frame 3 and the outer frame 1 contact each other to close the opening. A worker on the ground has the lower end of a rope R with him and draws it along the wire. A kite string is cut by a cutting edge 11 provided at the preceding end.

【発明の詳細な説明】［産業上の利用分野］本発明は電線にからまっな凧を除去するための凧収器に
関するもので、器内に設けた鼓車を電線へ跨座させるた
めの開口と閉鎖とを自動的に行わせるようにしたもので

［従来の技術と問題点］断面方形の箱体を上下に２分して一辺を蝶番結合し、附

降下し、開口部を自動開鎖する。外枠から垂下したロー
プを地上の作業者が曳行すると、内外枠に設けた切刃で

外枠１は断面が逆Ｕ字形をなし、基辺に吊上フック２を
備え、両脚辺には垂直に２本の長孔１ａ、ｌｂが穿っで
ある。内枠３は頂辺両側に長短両脚辺３ａ、３ｂを備え
、長脚辺３ｂの下端へ水平の下辺３Ｃが設けである。中
心軸４は内枠の両脚辺３ａ、３ｂへ回転自在、かつ水平
に支持され、その両端は外枠の長孔１ａ、ｌｂへ長孔に
沿い昇降自在に挿入されている。中心軸４はその中央部
に鼓車５を軸支する。１対の突軸６ａ、６ｂは中心軸の
上方で内枠の両脚辺３ａ、３ｂへ外向きに植込まれ、長
孔１ａ、ｌｂと係合する。断面カギ形の引手アーム７は
一端がピン８で、長脚辺３ａ側外枠の一部に枢着され、
他端は内枠下辺３ｃの下方で引手９を係止している。内
外枠の端面には夫々切刃１０．１１が固着され、凧収器

本発明は以上のように構成される。鉄塔上の作業者は作
業棒（図示せず）の先端を吊上フックに引掛は凧収器を
吊下げると、第１図のように開口する。これへ電線Ｅを
挿入し、鼓車５を電線に跨座させる。作業棒を吊上ぜフ
ックから外すと外枠は重力で降下し、第２図の如く開口

　基辺に吊上フックを備え両脚辺に垂直長孔を穿った断
面逆Ｕ字形の外枠と、頂辺と長短両脚辺と長脚辺に接続
する水平下辺とから成り外枠内へ昇降自在に挿入された
内枠と、内枠の両脚辺へ水平に軸支され両端が外枠長孔
へ昇降自在に挿入され中央部で鼓車を軸支する中心軸と
、中心軸の上方で内枠両脚辺へ外向きに植込まれ外枠長
孔と昇降自在に係合する突軸と、内枠の長脚辺がわで一
端が外枠に枢着され他端に引手を備えた引手アームとか
ら構成され、内外両枠の移送方向端面に適当に切刃を突
出させ、吊上フックの吊上により内外枠間が開口し、鼓
車の電線への跨座と吊上の解除とにより枠間が閉鎖する
