【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、被転写面が湾曲面を呈する複数個の
成型品に対し、各成型品の被転写面に文字、模様
等を形成する際に用いる転写シートに関するもの
であり、その目的とするところは前記複数個の成
型品に対し、位置ずれ、見当ずれを生じることな
く文字、模様等を転写印刷することができる転写
シートを提供することにある。

れた複数個のキーキヤツプ基材上に、前記パター
ン層がキーキヤツプ基材の被転写面に接するよう
に載置し、次に先端が曲面を呈する複数個の弾性
突起物を有する転写用パッドを用いて前記転写シ
ートの基体シート側から押圧して前記キーキヤツ
プ基材の被転写面と前記パターン層とを密着せし
め、その後前記キーキヤツプ基材の被転写面と前
記パターン層とを密着させたまま加熱処理するこ
とにより前記パターン層内の熱移行性染料を熱移
行させて前記キーキヤツプ基材の被転写面に所望
の文字、記号等のパターンを染色せしめ、しかる
後前記基体シートを除去することにより、一工程
で複数個のキーキヤツプ基材表面に文字、記号等
のパターンを形成する方法である。

用いて押圧する際、転写シートはキーキヤツプ基
材の天面の凹型状湾曲面に沿つて密着せしめられ
るため局部的に張力がかかり、その結果位置ず
れ、見当ずれが生じ、更に極端な場合には転写シ
ートが破れパターン層を損つたりするためであ
る。

張力は穿孔部によつて分散、緩和されるものであ
る。従つて転写シートは、位置ずれ、見当ずれを
全く起こさないものである。
