ク管の外側を耐熱性断熱体で保持し、セラミツク
管の中に金属を設置し両端の電極に高電圧を印加
して放電プラズマを形成し放電のエネルギーによ
り蒸気化した金属を励起して発振させる金属蒸気
レーザに於て、電極の外周とセラミツク管との間
に耐熱性絶縁体を設置し電極の先端部とセラミツ
ク管内壁とを非接触とした事を特徴とする金属蒸
