Claims

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 上部機体と下部機体とから成り、前記上部
機体が前記下部機体に開閉自在に軸支されるとと
もに、前記下部機体に着脱自在な画像形成ユニツ
トを備えた画像形成装置において、前記下部機体に前記画像形成ユニツトを着脱自
在に保持する保持部材を前記画像形成ユニツトの
長手方向と直交する方向に移動自在に設け、前記
保持部材は前記画像形成ユニツトの画像形成可能
位置と画像形成不可能位置とを移動することを特
徴とする画像形成装置。 (2) 前記保持部材は、前記上部機体の開閉動作
と連動して移動することを特徴とする請求項１記
載の画像形成装置。 (3) 前記保持部材は、前記上部機体が所定の開
放角度を越えた際に前記可能位置から前記不可能
位置に移動することを特徴とする請求項１記載の
