外周空間を前記内周空間に連通し、前記内周空間
にクリーナエレメントを配設し、前記クリーナキ
ヤツプと前記クリーナケースを前記仕切り壁を介
して互いに重ね合わせたときに、前記クリーナキ
ヤツプと前記クリーナケースの周縁部間に適度な
隙間を生ずるように前記クリーナキヤツプ、前記
クリーナケース、前記仕切り壁の寸法を定め、前
記クリーナキヤツプと前記クリーナケースの周縁
部を締付けたときに前記クリーナキヤツプと前記
クリーナケースが変形して内部応力が発生した状
