Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate occurrence of looseness in the whole casing of the fan in the caption during its use by press-fixing the end of a projecting portion, which projects toward outside side plates, to a plate face in flush therewith by means of a caulking tool for file cutting, double cutting or mat cutting. CONSTITUTION:A projecting parts 4 for caulking are provided on both sides of an angle plate 1 and an air blasting guide plate 2 and these plates are caulked to be fixed to L type side plates 3 on both sides. The side plates are caulked to the angle plate 1 and a guard plate 2 in the same manner. The projecting parts for caulking 4 are provided at the end of the angle plate 1 and inserting holes 6 subjected to burring process are provided on the side plates 3. The projecting parts 4 of the angle plate 1 are inserted in the inserting holes 6 and the ends of the inserted projecting parts like C' are strongly pressed and fixed to the side plates as 4' in the figure so as to be housed in the burrings 6 in level with the outer face of the side plates by a caulking tool 7 the front face of which is engraved like file cutting, double cutting or mat cutting.

It goes without saying that the blowing effect depends on the combination of the fan and the casing, but even if the multi-blade fan in this building is perfect, if the casing is distorted, the blowing effect will be zero. However, in order to manufacture conventional casings at low cost, component parts were assembled by soldering or electric welding, but the labor and processing involved increased costs, and due to unsightly reasons, this method is currently not used. This processing method is not used; instead, simple caulking (see Figure 6C) is used, but the so-called caulking (
The protruding part of the caulking) has a two-pronged □ pointed shape, and it also protrudes to the outside of the side plate, giving it a nice appearance.

Not only was it bad, but when it was attached to equipment, there was a risk of getting your fingertips caught on the tip and damaging it, and the machining was not done perfectly, as a result of which the entire casing was prone to wobbling during use.

Means for Solving Problems> Based on the above, the present invention relates to a built-in casing for a cross flow fan F, and its structure is as shown in FIGS. 1 to 5. In Although,
There is an angle plate (1) on the upper side and an arc-shaped ventilation guide plate on the lower side (
2) to both L-shaped side plates (31, (31), caulking protrusions (4) are provided on both sides of the angle plate and the air guide plate, and the following are attached to the L-shaped side plates (3) on both sides. Although it is caulked and fixed using the caulking method described above, since both the angle plate and the guide plate are connected by performing similar caulking on the side plates, here, as shown in Fig. 7, the angle plate (1) and one of the side plates ( 3). In other words, A' in Fig. 7 shows the - side of the angle plate (1). A protrusion (4) for caulking is provided at the end, and this protrusion is attached to the screw. Burring processing (5) on the side plate (3) shown in the figure
) is provided, and the protruding part (4) of the angle plate is inserted into this insertion hole, and the end of the inserted protruding part is filed in the shape of a file, a cross-cut, or a seventh-crop in the front. The end of the protrusion is fixed to the side plate by applying strong pressure using a caulking tool (7) with a carved shape as shown in (4) so that it fits within the burring (6) flush with the outer surface of the side plate. (See Figure 8) Also, the caulking in Figure 9 is done without burring the side plate as shown in Figure 7.
An insertion hole (6) is provided, and the protruding part (4) of the angle plate (1), for example, is inserted into the insertion hole (6), and the protruding end is attached to the side plate using a cross-cut or seventh-crop caulking tool (7). Apply pressure until it is flat with the surface.

The caulking hole of the protruding part expands as shown in the insertion hole (4) and is completely fixed to the angle plate (11 is the side plate (31K) in an attractive manner. Thus, as shown in FIG. 6A).

<Effects of the Invention> As described above, the present invention provides that in a cross-flow fan such as a cross-flow fan, the casing plays an important role in the effectiveness of the fan, and if the casing is incomplete, the effectiveness of the fan will be reduced. It is a well-known fact in engineering that this is absolutely impossible, and the present invention was developed with this in mind. It is impossible to create a casing with a similar structure, and the caulked part will inevitably rattle at a later date, and not only will the original performance of the fan not be maintained, but a bifurcated protrusion will form on the outside of the 9411 &, making it look bad. Also, as mentioned above, there is a risk of damage to the tip of the middle finger when setting the device in use due to this caulking margin.

こt等を解消し1、しかも体裁よく且つ完全なケーシン

By solving these problems, etc., we have obtained a casing that is both good-looking and complete, so that it can be used for a long time with good performance.
