つて、上記制御回路30には、さらに、この制御
回路30に入力される回転速度指令信号に応じた
パルス列信号によりパワートランジスタQ7を作
動させて上記出力トランジスタQ1〜Q6への電
源供給時間を制御するスイツチングレギユレータ
回路部32を設け、上記パワートランジスタQ7
のベースには、コンデンサC1とツエナーダイオ
ードZDとの並列回路を介して上記パルス列信号
を入力すべく構成していることを特徴とする電動
機。
