Description
前記タンク内に水を受け入れる前記ハウジングに設けられた水入口管(3)と、
前記水入口管(3)よりも低い高さで前記タンク内に配置されるとともに前記水入口管を通って流れてきた水を受けるシートであって、該シート全体に配置された複数の細孔を含む配水シート(2)と、
前記配水シート(2)よりも低い高さで配置され、下面が複数の孔を有し、前記配水シートを通って流れてきた水を受ける粗ろ過材を有する粗ろ過バスケット(1)と、
前記粗ろ過バスケット(1)よりも低い高さで配置され、多層に配置されたろ過材で構成されたろ過材バスケットと、
前記ハウジングに取り付けられ、水を放出する水出口管(7)と、
前記ハウジングの下部に配置されたサイフォン管支持ベース(6)と、
前記ベースに垂直に設置された水出口直立管(8)と、
を備え、
前記ハウジング内に充填された水位が前記水出口管(8)と同じ水位にある場合、前記水出口管(7)に接続された前記水出口直立管(8)を介して前記ハウジングから水を吸引するように、前記水出口直立管(8)の高さは前記水入口管の高さよりも低い高さを有し、
前記水出口直立管(8)を覆うサイフォン管(10)と、
一端が所定の高さで前記サイフォン管と接続されたU字状のスナック管(11)と、
を備えることを特徴とする。
Claims (5)
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内において前記ハウジングの下部に配置されたサイフォン管支持ベース(6)と、
前記ベース(6)の上面に対して上方に延び、前記ハウジング内に水を流入させるための水入口管(3)と、
前記ハウジング内において前記水入口管(3)の上端よりも低い位置に配置されるとともに前記水入口管を通って流れてきた水を受けるシートであって、該シート全体に配置された複数の細孔を含む配水シート(2)と、
前記ハウジング内において前記配水シート(2)よりも低い位置に配置され、下面が複数の孔を有し、前記配水シートを通って流れてきた水を受ける粗ろ過材を有する粗ろ過バスケット(1)と、
前記ハウジング内において前記粗ろ過バスケット(1)よりも低い位置に配置されるとともに前記ベースよりも高い位置に配置され、多層に配置されたろ過材で構成されたろ過材バスケット(5)と、
前記ベース(6)の前記上面に対する下部領域において前記ベース(6)に取り付けられ、前記上面に沿って延びるとともに水を放出する水出口管(7)と、
上下方向に延びるとともに、上端が前記粗ろ過バスケットよりも低い位置に配置される水出口直立管(8)と、
上端が閉口するとともに下端が開口し、上下方向に延びるサイフォン管(10)と、
前記サイフォン管(10)の下端よりも高い位置に配置されるスノック管(20)と、
を備え、
前記ベース(6)には、水を前記下部領域の側に流すためにふるいが形成されており、
前記水出口直立管(8)の下端は、前記水出口管(7)の一端に接続されており、
前記サイフォン管(10)の下端は、前記ベース(6)に設けられた給水口であって、前記ベース(6)において前記下部領域の側から前記上面の側まで貫通する給水口(19)に連通しており、
前記サイフォン管(10)の上端は、前記粗ろ過バスケット(1)よりも低く、かつ、前記水出口直立管(8)の上端よりも高い位置にあり、
前記サイフォン管(10)は、前記水出口直立管(8)よりも大きな長さ寸法及び直径を有し、前記水出口直立管(8)を覆っており、
前記スノック管(20)は、
前記サイフォン管(10)における所定の高さ位置の部分から下方に延びる部分と、
前記下方に延びる部分の下端からU字状に曲がって、前記所定の高さ位置よりも低い位置まで上方に延びる部分と、
を有し、
前記給水口(19)、前記サイフォン管(10)と前記水出口直立管(8)との間、前記水出口直立管(8)及び前記水出口管(7)を介して前記ハウジングから水を吸引するように構成されていることを特徴とする水ろ過タンク。 - 前記粗ろ過バスケット(1)は、その上面に分散して配置された複数のフィンを備える、請求項1に記載の水ろ過タンク。
- 前記粗ろ過バスケット(1)は、その表面に垂直に設置されたオーバーフロー水管(4)を備える、請求項1又は2に記載の水ろ過タンク。
- 前記ろ過材バスケット内の領域は、ろ過材を入れるための複数のスペースに分割されている、請求項1に記載の水ろ過タンク。
- 前記サイフォン管(10)を前記サイフォン管支持ベース(6)に接続するように配置されたサイフォン管コネクタ(18)を備える、請求項1に記載の水ろ過タンク。
