本発明は、二次電池モジュール、それを含む二次電池パック及び自動車に関し、より詳細には、冷却水漏れを防止することができる二次電池モジュール、それを含む二次電池パック及び自動車に関する。

Claims (14)
- 電極組立体及び電解液が収容される電池ケースを有する複数の二次電池セルと、
前記複数の二次電池セルを支持するフレーム部材と、
前記複数の二次電池セルと前記フレーム部材とが収納されるカバーと、
を含み、
前記複数の二次電池セルは防水構造を有しており、
前記防水構造は、
前記二次電池セルに取り付けられて前記二次電池セルから突出する突出部材と、
前記突出部材が取り付けられた前記二次電池セルを包み込むチュービング部材と、
を含むことを特徴とする二次電池モジュール。 - 前記チュービング部材は、前記二次電池セル及び前記突出部材を包み込んだ後に熱収縮しており、
前記突出部材は、前記フレーム部材に締まり嵌め方式で結合されて防水可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。 - 前記突出部材は、前記二次電池セルの側面の上部を包み込むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記フレーム部材には、所定の方向に突出する第1リブが形成されており、
前記第1リブが前記カバーに結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。 - 前記カバーの内側を流れる冷却水に乱流が発生するように前記第1リブに突起が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記フレーム部材には、所定の方向に突出する第1リブが形成されており、
前記カバーには、前記第1リブに対応する第2リブが形成されており、
前記第1リブと前記第2リブとが結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。 - 前記防水構造は、前記フレーム部材の上側を覆い包む防水樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- いずれか一つの二次電池セルから発火が発生した場合に隣り合う他の二次電池セルに火炎が伝播することを防止するために、前記防水樹脂は、難燃材料を含み、前記複数の二次電池セルを覆い包むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記防水樹脂は、相変化物質(PCM:Phase Change material)を含み、前記二次電池セルを冷却することを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 電極組立体及び電解液が収容される電池ケースを有する複数の二次電池セルと、
前記複数の二次電池セルを支持するフレーム部材と、
前記複数の二次電池セルと前記フレーム部材とが収納されるカバーと、
を含み、
前記複数の二次電池セルは防水構造を有する二次電池モジュールであって、
前記防水構造は、
前記二次電池セルを包み込むチュービング部材と、
前記チュービング部材の表面に塗布された防水グルーと、
を含むことを特徴とする二次電池モジュール。 - 電極組立体及び電解液が収容される電池ケースを有する複数の二次電池セルと、
前記複数の二次電池セルを支持するフレーム部材と、
前記複数の二次電池セルと前記フレーム部材とが収納されるカバーと、
を含み、
前記複数の二次電池セルは防水構造を有する二次電池モジュールであって、
前記防水構造は、
前記二次電池セルを包み込むチュービング部材と、
前記チュービング部材の表面に蒸着された金属部材と、
を含むことを特徴とする二次電池モジュール。 - 電極組立体及び電解液が収容される電池ケースを有する複数の二次電池セルと、
前記複数の二次電池セルを支持するフレーム部材と、
前記複数の二次電池セルと前記フレーム部材とが収納されるカバーと、
を含み、
前記複数の二次電池セルは防水構造を有する二次電池モジュールであって、
前記防水構造は、
前記二次電池セルを包み込み、二重に形成されたチュービング部材と、
二重に形成された前記チュービング部材の間に結合された金属部材と、
を含むことを特徴とする二次電池モジュール。 - 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池モジュールを含む二次電池パック。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池モジュールを含む自動車。
