Claims (9)
- ティルティングパッド(1~3;41~48)と回転体(11,112;113)との間に軸受ギャップを生ぜしめるために、ハウジング体(108,109;110)に対して相対的に傾倒可能なティルティングパッド(1~3;41~48)を有するティルティングパッド軸受(104,105;106)において、
前記ティルティングパッド(1~3;41~48)が、薄板状のフレキシブルな支持構造体(10;20;30;50;60;70)と一体的に接続されていて、
前記ティルティングパッド(1~3;41~48)のうちの少なくとも1つが、それぞれ、前記薄板状のフレキシブルな支持構造体(10;20;30;50;60;70)から前記薄板状のフレキシブルな支持構造体(10;20;30;50;60;70)の面の方向に突出する1つより多くの接続箇所(14,15;51,52)で以って前記薄板状のフレキシブルな支持構造体(10;30;50)と一体的に接続されていることを特徴とする、ティルティングパッド軸受。 - 前記ティルティングパッド(1~3;41~48)と前記薄板状のフレキシブルな支持構造体(10;20;50;60)との間の一体的な接続部(14,15;24;51,52;61)が、少なくとも1つの曲げバー(25)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のティルティングパッド軸受。
- 前記ティルティングパッド(1~3;41~48)と前記薄板状のフレキシブルな支持構造体(30;70)との間の一体的な接続部が、少なくとも1つのトーションバー(34,35;72,73)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載のティルティングパッド軸受。
- 前記薄板状のフレキシブルな支持構造体(10;20;30;50;60;70)が金属薄板材料より形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のティルティングパッド軸受。
- 前記ティルティングパッド(1~3;41~48)は、前記ティルティングパッド軸受(104,105;106)の運転中に前記ティルティングパッド(1~3;41~48)だけが前記回転体(111,112;113)を支持するようにずらされて、前記薄板状のフレキシブルな支持構造体(10;20;30;50;60;70)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のティルティングパッド軸受。
- 前記ティルティングパッド(1~3;41~48)が、舌片として前記薄板状のフレキシブルな支持構造体(10;20;30;50;60;70)に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のティルティングパッド軸受。
- 前記ティルティングパッド(1~3;41~48)のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記ティルティングパッド(1~3;41~48)に関連して中央の領域で以って前記薄板状のフレキシブルな支持構造体(20;60)と一体的に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のティルティングパッド軸受。
- 前記ティルティングパッド(1~3;41~48)のうちの少なくとも1つが1つの接続箇所で以って、少なくとも1つの回り継手(26,27;66,67)によって前記薄板状のフレキシブルな支持構造体(20;60)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のティルティングパッド軸受。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の少なくとも1つのティルティングパッド軸受(10;20;30;50;60;70)によって軸受けされている被駆動軸(103)を有する圧縮機(100)。
