生活空間を体感するための１棟の住宅展示施設であって、
モデルとなる生活空間が形成されたモデル住宅部と、
前記モデル住宅部に隣接して形成され、前記モデル住宅部の建築構造技術を説明する技術説明部と、
前記モデル住宅部と前記技術説明部との境界部分に設置される壁体と、を備え、
前記壁体は、前記モデル住宅部側の壁面を形成する第１壁仕上げ材と、前記技術説明部側の壁面を形成する第２壁仕上げ材と、を有し、
前記第２壁仕上げ材は、部分的に外され、前記技術説明部側から前記壁体の内部構造が視認可能であり、
前記技術説明部は、前記壁体廻りの床仕上げ材が外されており、前記技術説明部側から前記壁体の下部に位置する床の内部構造が視認可能であることを特徴とする住宅展示施設。 A housing exhibition facility where people can experience living spaces.
