Claims (9)
- 上側には有害ガスを吸引するための吸気口が形成され、下側には浄化された空気を外部に排出するための排気口が形成され、内側の前記吸気口及び排気口の間には収納部が形成された本体ケース;
前記吸気口を通じて流入する有害ガスに含まれた大きい粒子のほこりと異物をフィルタリングするプレフィルター;及び
前記収納部内に設置された状態で、前記吸気口を通じて流入する有害ガスに含まれた有害物質及び微細粒子相の異物をフィルタリングすると共にウイルスを殺菌するモジュール型の浄化システム;を含むが、
前記浄化システムは、
前記プレフィルターを通過した有害ガスに含まれた揮発性有機化合物を四方から立体的にフィルタリングする立体フィルター;
前記立体フィルターの下位に配置された状態で、前記吸気口を通じて有害ガスを吸引して浄化された空気を前記排気口を通じて強制排出する圧送ファン;
前記圧送ファンの下位に配置され、前記圧送ファン及び有害ガスに紫外線を照射して有害ウイルスを殺菌するUVランプ;
前記UVランプの下位に配置され、前記プレフィルターにより濾過されない有害ガス内の微細粒子をフィルタリングするHEPAフィルター;
前記HEPAフィルターの下位に配置され、前記立体フィルターにより濾過されない揮発性有機化合物の残量をフィルタリングする平板フィルター;で構成されたことを特徴とする、浄化システムが内蔵された有害ガス浄化装置。 - 前記本体ケースは、一定場所に固定して使用するスタンド型、位置を移動させて使用し、前記スタンド型に比べて低い高さの移動型のうちいずれか一つを含むが、
前記浄化システムは、前記スタンド型又は移動型の収納部に互換的に設置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の浄化システムが内蔵された有害ガス浄化装置。 - 前記スタンド型の吸気口は、上側の前面及び両側面に形成され、排気口は、下側の前面及び両側面に形成され、
前記移動型の吸気口は、上面に形成され、排気口は、下側の前面及び両側面に形成され、前記吸気口には、ジャバラ管が連結され、前記ジャバラ管の末端には、ラッパ管が連結されたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の浄化システムが内蔵された有害ガス浄化装置。 - 前記立体フィルターは、フィルターケース及び前記フィルターケースに内在するフィルター濾材で構成されるが、
前記フィルターケースは、各面に多数の気孔が形成された四角枠形状の内筒;前記内筒に比べて大きい外径を有した状態で、前記内筒の外部に離隔して配置され、各面に多数の気孔が形成された四角枠形状の外筒;前記内筒及び外筒の開放された上部を密閉して覆う上板;及び前記内筒及び外筒の下部に結合されるが、内筒と外筒の間の区間は密閉し、内筒の内周面領域は開口する下板;を含み、
前記フィルター濾材は、前記内筒と外筒の離隔された空間に内在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の浄化システムが内蔵された有害ガス浄化装置。 - 前記立体フィルター及び平板フィルターのフィルター濾材は、活性炭フィルター濾材と無機酸化物フィルター濾材が1~10:10~1の重量比で混合してなるが、前記活性炭フィルター濾材の比表面積は、200~1000m2/gであり、無機酸化物フィルター濾材の気孔サイズは、0.03~0.9μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の浄化システムが内蔵された有害ガス浄化装置。
- 前記立体フィルター及び平板フィルターの寿命を予測する寿命予測モジュールをさらに含むが、
前記寿命予測モジュールは、
前記立体フィルター及び平板フィルターの出口側に設置された状態で、各フィルターを通過した空気に含まれた揮発性有機化合物の濃度をリアルタイムで感知するVOC濃度センサー;
前記VOC濃度センサーから伝送された揮発性有機化合物の濃度累積値を保存する濃度値保存部;
前記圧送ファンの稼動時間を累積カウントする稼動時間カウンター部;及び
前記濃度値保存部と前記稼動時間カウンター部から伝送された累積濃度値及び稼動時間累積値を聚合した聚合値と既に設定された臨界値を比較して残余寿命値を算出する制御部;で構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の浄化システムが内蔵された有害ガス浄化装置。 - 前記寿命予測モジュールは、
前記残余寿命値をグラフ化して出力するか又は残余寿命日に換算して数字に出力するディスプレイ部;及び
前記聚合値が前記残余寿命値に近接したとき、これを警告する警告灯又はアラームスピーカーをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の浄化システムが内蔵された有害ガス浄化装置。 - 前記制御部で算出された残余寿命値は、通信モジュールを通じて管理者PC又は管理者モバイルフォンに伝送されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の浄化システムが内蔵された有害ガス浄化装置。
- 前記寿命予測モジュールは、実験室の試薬保存装置の内部に保管中である試薬を管理する知能型実験室管理モジュールと連動するようにする連動部をさらに含むが、
前記連動部は、前記試薬保存装置から試薬が引き出されたという信号の伝達を受けた場合、前記圧送ファンが稼動するように稼動信号を送出し、
前記知能型実験室管理モジュールは、引き出された試薬の種類を鑑別してその信号を前記連動部に送出し、前記連動部は、その信号によって前記圧送ファンのRPMを制御することを特徴とする、
請求項6に記載の浄化システムが内蔵された有害ガス浄化装置。
