Description
通気部品であって、
弾性材料を含み、開管構造を有するとともに、前記開管構造の外周面において外周外側に突出している突出部を有する内部部材と、
前記内部部材の一方の開口を覆う通気膜と、
閉管構造を有するとともに、前記突出部を掛止する掛止部を前記閉管構造の内周面に有する外部部材と、を備え、
前記内部部材は、前記外部部材の内部に前記内部部材が挿入され、かつ、前記掛止部によって前記外部部材が前記突出部を掛止した状態で、前記外部部材に固定されており、
当該通気部品は、筐体の外表面において前記筐体の内部空間と外部空間とを連通させる通気口の縁に向かって筒状に突出している突起に、前記突起が前記内部部材の他方の開口から前記内部部材の内部に挿入され、かつ、前記内部部材の内周面と前記突起の外周面とが当接した状態で固定可能であり、
当該通気部品が前記突起に固定された状態において、前記筐体の前記内部空間と前記外部空間との間で気体が前記通気膜を通過して通気がなされ、
前記内部部材及び前記外部部材を軸線に沿って平面視したときに、前記突出部の外径OB、前記掛止部の内径IH、及び前記突出部と向かい合う前記外部部材の部位の内径OOが、IH<OB<OOの条件を満たす、
通気部品を提供する。
Claims (5)
- 通気部品であって、
弾性材料を含み、開管構造を有するとともに、前記開管構造の外周面において外周外側に突出している突出部を有する内部部材と、
前記内部部材の一方の開口を覆う通気膜と、
閉管構造を有するとともに、前記突出部を掛止する掛止部を前記閉管構造の内周面に有する外部部材と、を備え、
前記内部部材は、前記外部部材の内部に前記内部部材が挿入され、かつ、前記掛止部によって前記外部部材が前記突出部を掛止した状態で、前記外部部材に固定されており、
当該通気部品は、筐体の外表面において前記筐体の内部空間と外部空間とを連通させる通気口の縁に向かって筒状に突出している突起に、前記突起が前記内部部材の他方の開口から前記内部部材の内部に挿入され、かつ、前記内部部材の内周面と前記突起の外周面とが当接した状態で固定可能であり、
当該通気部品が前記突起に固定された状態において、前記筐体の前記内部空間と前記外部空間との間で気体が前記通気膜を通過して通気がなされ、
前記内部部材及び前記外部部材を軸線に沿って平面視したときに、前記突出部の外径OB、前記掛止部の内径IH、及び前記軸線に平行な方向において前記掛止部に隣接し前記突出部と向かい合う前記外部部材の部位の内径OOが、IH<OB<OOの条件を満たす、
通気部品。 - 前記内径OOから前記外径OBを差し引いた差OO-OBは、0.1mm以上1.0mm以下である、請求項1に記載の通気部品。
- 前記突出部は、前記開管構造の前記外周面の全周にわたって形成されており、
前記外部部材は、前記閉管構造の側壁及び底壁の少なくとも1つを貫いて形成され、かつ、軸線方向において前記突出部よりも前記底壁に近い位置に形成されている、通気孔を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の通気部品。 - 前記通気孔は、前記通気孔から前記内部部材及び前記通気膜の少なくとも1つを視認できないように形成されている、請求項3に記載の通気部品。
- 前記外部部材は、当該通気部品が前記突起に固定された状態において、前記筐体に係止される係止部を前記閉管構造の外周面に有する、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の通気部品。
