Figure 3 is a front view of the refrigerator with the door removed, Figure 4 is a perspective view of the refrigerator in Figure 1 cut in the front-to-rear direction, and Figure 5 is a system configuration diagram of the refrigerator. In each figure, the directions are indicated by arrows and are defined as front, rear, left, right, top, and bottom from the user's point of view.
[Refrigerator configuration]
The
The interior 104 (storage room) formed by the
If the contents whose weight is to be measured by the weight sensor are tilted and come into contact with the
The positions of
On the inner surface of the
A
At the rear of the
The
[Refrigerator system configuration]
The system configuration of the
Power is supplied to the
For example, the sub-microcomputer 111a can calculate the ratio of the current detected weight to the maximum weight registered in advance. The maximum weight can be determined by, for example, having the user place several predetermined products on the placement surface, and this weight can be set to 100%. Specifically, when the user places 10 bottles of beer in the
主制御基板109はセンサ基板111と接続されており、UART(Universal Asynchronous Receiver Transmitter)通信が行われている。
The
The
[Configuration of the
First, the configurations of the
The sensor units 220 (
In the first embodiment, a total of four
The
The
The
[Method of Fixing the
Next, a method for fixing sensor unit 220 (
A fixing
The fixing
The fixing member 229 (fixing part) may be a member in which the
As shown in FIG. 12, a

[Weight sensor configuration]
Next, the configuration of the weight sensor will be described with reference to Figures 9, 11, 13 and 14. Figure 13 is an external perspective view of the weight sensor, and Figure 14 is an exploded perspective view of the weight sensor.
The
The surface of
A
A
A
In the first embodiment, a
The
The
At the same time, as shown in FIG. 11, the center line C1 of the
In this embodiment, the vertical center line C1 of the
However, in this case, compressive strain occurs in both
Furthermore, in the
The

Figure 15 is a perspective view of the corner inside the box from a diagonal downward angle before the wiring is connected, Figure 16 is a perspective view of the corner inside the box from a diagonal downward angle after the wiring is connected, and Figure 17 is a perspective view of the corner inside the box from a diagonal downward angle after the wiring cover is attached.
The
On the other hand, one end of a
16, the
In the first embodiment, the

The
The

As shown in Figures 6, 27, 28, 32, and 33, the upper parts of the first mounting
As shown in FIG. 31, the bottom surface (underside of the placement surface) of the
Between the front

A temperature sensor (not shown) may also be placed near the

[Positional relationship between hot gas pipe and weight sensor]
FIG. 35 is a side view showing the side of the refrigerator, and FIG. 36 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line XXXVI-XXXVI in FIG. 35. FIG. 35 shows the right side. A
In addition, it is preferable that the
In this regard, the
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 37 to 39. In the first embodiment, the
Figure 37 is an external perspective view of the shelf as viewed from above, Figure 38 is an external perspective view of the shelf as viewed from below, and Figure 39 is an exploded perspective view of the shelf as viewed from below.
The
Below the
That is, in Example 2, the first mounting
In the second embodiment, a total of four
Four
Now, when the
For example, the mounting
In the second embodiment, a
The
The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment, but includes various modified examples. The above-mentioned embodiment has been described in detail to explain the present invention in an easy-to-understand manner, and is not necessarily limited to those having all of the configurations described. Each screw used in the embodiment is an example of a bolt or other insertion member or screw-on member.

[Technical Concepts Covered by the Present Specification]
This application encompasses the following ideas.

In the technology described in JP 2007-010208 A, pressure sensors 11 are fixed to the four corners of shelf support beads 2a formed in a protruding manner in the front-to-rear direction on the side wall of the
In JP 2013-124798 A, an upper shelf 54, a lower shelf 55, and a strain gauge sensor 56 and electrical wiring provided in the gap between them are regarded as a single component shelf. The electrical wiring is fitted into a sensor-side waterproof connector 58 provided on the rear side of the shelf, and is connected to a main body-side waterproof connector 59 of the refrigerator 51 (0026, 0027, 0031, 0032, FIG. 2, etc.). The upper shelf 54, the lower shelf 55, and the gap are pulled out as a unit (0032). It is assumed that weight detection is performed by a single strain gauge sensor 56 (0012, 0036, etc.).
When installing sensors at some or all of the four corners of the shelf support or in their vicinity, it is necessary to electrically connect the sensors and the control circuit unit, but the technology described in JP 2007-010208 A did not take into consideration how to accommodate the sensors or how to connect the wiring.
Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2013-124798 discloses a storage structure for improving detection accuracy by placing a single strain gauge sensor 56 in the center of the upper shelf 54, but does not describe or suggest anything about a method based on multiple sensors.

<Regarding
A temperature sensor is usually provided in the storage compartment of a refrigerator to detect the temperature inside the storage compartment. Since the detected value of the weight sensor also depends on the ambient temperature, it is desirable to correct the detected value using a temperature sensor in the storage compartment where the weight sensor is provided.
However, the storage compartment is provided with an outlet for supplying cold air, and the refrigerator wall is provided with a hot gas pipe or the like for preventing condensation due to the temperature difference with the outside of the refrigerator. If the temperature effects caused by these are significantly different between the weight sensor and the temperature sensor, the correction cannot be performed accurately. The above-mentioned JP 2007-010208 A does not consider this point at all.

<Regarding Appendix 6>
Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 9-139148, which relates to a pressure sensor used in equipment that detects and controls changes in pressure due to manual operation, etc., discloses an elastic pressing body 13 for pressing a pressure-sensitive rubber 12 against a conductor pattern (0001, 0010, FIG. 1).
The structure of JP-A-9-139148 is based on the assumption that a force equivalent to that of a human hand is applied to the sensor. On the other hand, when considering a weight sensor used to detect the weight of stored food ingredients in a storage compartment such as a refrigerator, it becomes necessary to assume a food load that is greater than that of JP-A-9-139148.
The inventors also considered a structure for detecting a load, including a different type of structure from that of JP-A-9-139148, such as using a load cell as a configuration on the sensor side that receives a load that tends to be larger than that of JP-A-9-139148. As a result, they found that when a shelf or container that stores food rubs against the sensor cover, if the sensor cover is made of a hard material, the sensor cover will receive part of the load, and the load transmitted to the sensor side will be distributed to other parts that come into contact with the sensor cover, reducing the detection accuracy, and that if the sensor cover is made of a soft material, there is an increased risk of the sensor cover being damaged.
