Description
The present invention relates to a transport device suitable for a sample analysis system that analyzes biological samples (hereinafter referred to as samples) such as blood and urine, and a sample pretreatment device that performs pretreatment required for analysis, and to a sample analysis system and a sample pretreatment device equipped with the same.
As an example of a laboratory sample delivery system that is flexible and provides high transport performance, JP 2017-227648 A (Patent Document 1) describes a system that includes a plurality of container carriers, each of which is equipped with at least one magnetically active device, preferably at least one permanent magnet, and adapted to transport sample containers, a transport plane adapted to transport the plurality of container carriers, and a plurality of electromagnetic actuators stationary and positioned below the transport plane, the electromagnetic actuators adapted to move the container carriers above the transport plane by applying a magnetic force to the container carriers (see Abstract).
Patent document 1 further describes that the electromagnetic actuator is activated by driving the corresponding coil with a drive current, causing an electromagnetic current, which is induced by a coupling element and extends through the ferromagnetic core of the non-activated electromagnetic actuator, so that a magnetic pushing force is generated by the electromagnetic actuator interacting with the permanent magnet, reducing friction and superimposing in the desired direction the pulling force generated by the activated electromagnetic actuator (see paragraph 0103). The electromagnetic actuator is then activated in a stepped manner at times t=0, 1, and 2 (see paragraphs 0104-107 and Figure 8).
In clinical testing, sample analysis systems perform the specified analysis items on samples such as blood, plasma, serum, urine, and other bodily fluids.
This sample analysis system can connect devices with multiple functions and automatically process each step. In other words, to streamline laboratory operations, analysis sections for multiple analytical fields such as biochemistry and immunology, and pre-processing sections that perform the pre-processing required for analysis are connected by a transport line and operated as a single system.
The transport lines used in conventional sample analysis systems are mainly belt-driven. With this type of belt-driven system, if some abnormality occurs midway and the transport stops, the sample cannot be supplied to the downstream device. For this reason, it is necessary to pay close attention to belt wear.
The importance of sample processing is increasing due to the advancement of medical technology and the progress of an aging society. Therefore, in order to improve the analytical processing capabilities of sample analysis systems, there is a demand for high-speed transport of samples, simultaneous transport of large quantities of samples, and transport in multiple directions. One example of a technology that realizes such transport is the technology described in Patent Document 1.
In the laboratory sample delivery system described in Patent Document 1, the electromagnetic actuator is activated in a stepwise manner depending on the position of the container carrier. In this laboratory sample delivery system, the electromagnetic actuator to be activated is switched and the current flowing through each coil is changed depending on the position of the container carrier, and there was an issue that multiple switches or multiple power sources were required when passing current through multiple electromagnetic actuators.
The object of the present invention is to provide a transport device, a sample analysis system, and a sample pretreatment device that can reduce the number of switches or power supplies when passing current through multiple electromagnetic actuators (teeth and windings).

Other issues, configurations and advantages will become clearer from the explanation of the following examples.
Below, examples of the transport device, sample analysis system, and sample pretreatment device of the present invention are described with reference to the drawings.
[Example 1]
A first embodiment of the conveying device of the present invention will be described with reference to Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. First, a schematic configuration of the conveying device of the present embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 1. Fig. 1 is a diagram showing a schematic configuration of the conveying device of the first embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, in this embodiment, the
A
Figure 2 is a diagram showing the schematic cross-sectional configuration of the conveying device of the first embodiment of the present invention. Figure 2 shows a schematic cross-section of the conveying device 1 shown in Figure 1 taken along the YZ plane.
When it is desired to move the
In addition, a current may be passed through the
In this embodiment, a winding set 35 (see Figures 4 to 6) is formed with one
That is, the winding 30 directly below the
A
As shown in FIG. 2, adjacent windings are connected, so it is possible to shorten the spacing (wiring) between the connected windings, reducing winding resistance and wiring work. In this embodiment, two
In this embodiment, an example is shown in which one winding set is composed of two
In addition, in FIG. 2, the two
[Example 2]
A second embodiment of the conveying device of the present invention will be described with reference to Fig. 3. Fig. 3 is a diagram showing a schematic cross-sectional configuration of the conveying device of the second embodiment of the present invention. The configuration of the conveying device 1 of this embodiment is similar to that of the first embodiment, and the same components as those of the first embodiment are given the same reference numerals as those of the first embodiment, and duplicated explanations will be omitted.
In this embodiment, the relationship between the
In this embodiment, the method of connection for the winding set consisting of
The winding set is connected to a

[Example 3]
A conveying device according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Fig. 4. Fig. 4 is a diagram showing an example of a winding set layout of the conveying device according to the third embodiment of the present invention.
The basic configuration for transporting the permanent magnet 10 (transported object) is the same as that of the transport device 1 described in Examples 1 and 2, so the description will be omitted.
As shown in FIG. 4,
The winding sets 35 are arranged along the X direction (first direction) and the Y direction (second direction) that are mutually orthogonal on the conveying
By arranging the winding

A fourth embodiment of the conveying device of the present invention will be described with reference to Fig. 5. Fig. 5 is a diagram showing an example of the layout of winding sets of the conveying device of the fourth embodiment of the present invention.
The basic configuration for transporting the permanent magnet 10 (transported object) is the same as that of the transport device 1 described in Examples 1 and 2, so a description thereof will be omitted.

That is, in this embodiment, a winding
By arranging the
As described above, the conveying device 1 of this embodiment has the following features:

A fifth embodiment of the conveying device of the present invention will be described with reference to Fig. 6. Fig. 6 is a diagram showing an example of the layout of winding sets of the conveying device of the fifth embodiment of the present invention.
The basic configuration for transporting the permanent magnet 10 (transported object) is the same as that of the transport device 1 described in Examples 1 and 2, so a description thereof will be omitted.
In this embodiment, similarly to the third embodiment, a plurality of
By arranging the
In this embodiment, an example is shown in which one winding
