Description
Claims (3)
- 走行体が移動する通路を構成し、ストリップがスパイラル状に連結され、先端で接合されたチューブ本体、及び前記チューブ本体の内面に設置された補強材を含み、
前記ストリップは金属材質であり、
前記ストリップは溶接され、
前記補強材は、前記チューブ本体の内面に接合されて前記チューブ本体の放射状内側に突出するように設置され、
前記補強材は、前記チューブ本体の内部にスパイラル状に結合され、
前記補強材は、前記チューブ本体の溶接線に位置され、前記チューブ本体の形成時に、前記溶接線を活用して前記補強材を同時に溶接し、
前記補強材は平坦な板状であり、前記補強材は、板状の厚さ方向が前記チューブ本体の内面に対して直交する方向に又は傾斜して接合される、スパイラルチューブ。 - 前記チューブ本体の直径は1m以上であり、厚さは0mmを超え、25mm以下である、請求項1に記載のスパイラルチューブ。
- 前記補強材は、折曲又は湾曲した形状の断面形状を有する、請求項1に記載のスパイラルチューブ。
